This wonderfully renovated 1877 home, nestled in downtown Chatham, is centrally located within walking distance from everything Chatham has to offer! Bring the whole family and create new memories together. After a long day exploring Cape Cod, you'll be hard-pressed to choose between relaxing by the brand-new pool and hot tub, gathering around the fire pit and cooking out poolside, or simply sitting on the screened-in porch and enjoying the refreshing evening breeze. Should you ever feel the need to venture outside the home, downtown Chatham and all its restaurants and shops are only a few minutes' walk from the front door. Our favorite is Emack & Bolio’s Ice Cream!

The house has 9 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. A king bedroom with shower and bathtub on the first floor, 4 king bedrooms as well as a queen/full bunk bedroom on the second floor, 4 twin beds on the third floor, plus two king bedrooms in the carriage house makes sure there is room for everyone in the family.

This expansive grassy lot, unique in downtown Chatham, has plenty of room for outdoor games. Our brand-new patio provides guests with access to a 15’x45’ heated pool and hot tub, as well as a gas grill for delicious cookouts, and a gas fire pit provides a cozy gathering spot for the telling of well-worn ghost stories.

Although this unique Chatham property is perfect for bringing family together, it also provides room for family members to spread out and do their own thing. The new gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with excellent appliances and granite countertops. Two refrigerators, a dedicated wine refrigerator, and an ice maker will ensure that your family get togethers are well-supported. On the first floor you will find a huge family room that opens onto the large screened-in porch; fully foldable doors allow the family room to be open to the outside with countless amenities such as a 65” TV. For those looking for a little privacy, there is a separate den with a 65” TV for the sports and movie fanatics and a game table for that game of Monopoly or for the puzzle enthusiast. On the second floor there is a room with a 65” TV and bubble hockey table to let give the kids their own hang out space. And don't forget our adorable, secret hiding spot for the little pirates in your family!

If you feel like venturing out then this home is a perfectly situated launching pad. Oyster Pond Beach (child-friendly) is an 8 minute walk while Lighthouse Beach (Atlantic facing) is about a 18 minute walk from the house. Restaurants like The Captain's Table and Bluefin Sushi, along with shops like Yellow Umbrella Books and Fisherman's Daughter, are less than a 2 minute walk from the house.

There is nothing overlooked at this luxury Cape Cod vacation property which is uniquely equipped to entertain large groups. Linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided with your rental. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler are provided as well, freeing up room in the car and making packing for your trip stress-free.

As is customary in vacation rentals, there may be fees in addition to the base rates listed, including a reservation fee, a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee, and a refundable security deposit. As required by law, there are also state and local taxes, totaling 12.45%, applied to all reservations of fewer than 31 days in length.

This home offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in January – June & September – December. During the summer we have a 7 night minimum. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived. We require our lease agreement to be signed to stay in our home.

We have security cameras at each corner of the house and Ring doorbells on each door.

We had an epic stay at this incredible Chatham home last week. Every single one of the adults (and kids for that matter) gave the week a 10 out of 10! You cannot beat this home for comfort, space, amenities, LOCATION, responsiveness, beauty...the list could go on! The pool/hot tub is absolutely a highlight, especially with 7 kids 7 and under needing lots of activity and excitement. We had the best time and cannot wait to come back again! We've also stayed in Sean's Orleans home which we loved as well! Thank you, Sean!!! I could use a dip in that gorgeous pool right about now!

We loved everything about this house - it is absolutely lovely and easily accommodated everyone. We loved the large living area with plenty of seating for a large group, which is always a priority for me. The location couldn’t be better - lots of options for everyone. It was an easy walk to great restaurants, a Thursday evening concert in the park, a nice kids playground and the Chatham Anglers collegiate league baseball game (don’t sleep on this - it’s super fun). And all the little extras made such a difference: plenty of beach and pool towels, beach chairs/umbrella/toys, coolers, toiletries, luggage racks, aluminum foil/saran wrap/baggies, etc. Check-in and check-out was easy and seamless. In short, it is a great house and we had a great stay!

This home is perfect in so many ways…well layed out and spacious, beautiful design and decor, and an unbelievable location in the heart of Chatham. 10 bedrooms en suite is very hard to find and the zero entry showers are great for elderly and small children. Having rented 10 rental homes across the country, it has to be my favorite.

Loved it! This house was absolutely perfect in every way. Our multigenerational family reunion and celebration of life was held here over a long weekend. The rooms are comfortable, large and there is plenty of room for everyone to either be together or spread out. We made use of the pool and firepit even on a dreary, misty day. The highlights included walking distance to the downtown area, private bathrooms, large gourmet high end kitchen. We will definately be back.

A perfect spot for a long-awaited girls' trip. The house is even more amazing in person, plenty of room for 10 of us. Host was helpful and responsive, and the location was great for exploring main street and the lighthouse. Hope to return soon.

This home is just incredible, Sean and his family did such a beautiful job furnishing and decorating the home. Its extremely large and spacious , everything you need has been provided. The home was spotless when we arrived, Certainly the nicest home I have ever stayed in. As a host myself we can appreciate everything that has been put into this property.I would highly recommend staying here to anyone with a large group. The proximity to town makes it real easy for those in your party to venture around on foot. Thanks Sean !!

What an absolutely stunning home! We had a wonderful family reunion in Chatham this summer and stayed at this beautiful home. It was in such a perfect location with only a short distance to town. It had a large, heated pool and hot tub that we enjoyed daily. We also enjoyed sitting around the firepit at night and playing games and relaxing. What suited us well was having the pool house that a few couples stayed in and could have some privacy. Then in the main house we loved the open plan kitchen, dining and living-room. My parents enjoyed their morning and coffee on the screened-in porch. We really have never stayed somewhere so lovely. The kitchen was stocked well and the two fridges, dishwashers and washing machines worked well for such a large group. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a larger home to stay here. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had a perfect stay on this property. I am a host of luxury homes in Connecticut and I am often very critical of how a vacation home is managed. This is the first home that I have visited that was not only impeccably appointed but managed on par with its appointments. There is nothing that you need to bring with you aside from your personal items and food and beverage supplies. The suites located throughout the home are professionally designed and comfortable with a relaxing beach house vibe. The on suite bathrooms are spacious and soaps are provided. More impressive is that the home must have a water booster pump as the water pressure is strong and consistent despite 21 people using the same home. The 3rd floor bunk area that the kids used allowed them to reconnect and allow that summer camp feeling we all enjoyed as kids albeit in a luxury setting. We often woke up to hear the kids playing in the game rom just below. While we were blessed with nice weather, it would have been a welcome asset to have if the weather became unfavorable. There was an additional game/media room off of the kitchen as well and a pint sized reading nook under the stairs where our little ones could hide out and play. The guest house off of the pool was the perfect spot for our family members who were separated by age could relax without having to endure the chaos that comes with young children. This home allows you to gather and feel like you can always find your own space.

The house is absolutely beautiful and was just perfect for our family gathering. The main floor was large enough for all of us to gather comfortably for meals and fun and we each had had a comfortable, quiet bedroom to retreat to. The kitchen was fully stocked making cooking for a crowd easy. We loved the location too and the ability to walk out the door to explore the town of Chatham, the beach, and the lighthouse. The owner was very accommodating and respond quickly to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home, stunning design, tastefully decorated. In the perfect location. We cooked multiple meals for 21 guest and the kitchen was well equipped with what was needed. Sean was responsive to our needs as they occurred. Just be sure to turn on the bathroom fans when showering or the state of the art fire detection system will invite the fire department for a visit!

We were looking for a large place to accommodate 16-18 adults, a big family reunion. This place was more than perfect. Since we were there in early November, the pool and the hot tub were already closed which we knew ahead of time. The house is beautifully refurbished with everything you could ever need and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and all the cooking tools. We were unable to get the fire pit lit but they took care of that the very next day. The management was very responsive and addressed any questions we had very quickly. There was plenty of room for us all to gather and plenty of space to break into smaller groups, or just get away. If you are looking for a large place, this is excellent for everyone, adults and kids too. We highly recommend. It's a gorgeous, beautifully appointed property just a 2 mintue walk from downtown.

This is the perfect house for a family gathering. We had 14 people but easily accommodates more, beautiful pool area, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating/lounging and screened in porch & dining. To top it off it was a 1 minute walk to downtown Chatham!! Exceptional

A very well appointed home for our annual family vacation. It fit all 17 of us with room to spare. Every amenity that we could ask for was planned for by the property owner. Right in the center of all the activity but private enough to enjoy our family in a very quiet setting. The owner could not have been nicer. Lookingh forward to another vacation here.

This was by far the best VRBO property I have ever experienced. Each of the 9 rooms were meticulously decorated to standout individually. Every room had its own bathroom and the bathrooms were large as were the bedrooms. The group spaces were large. There are multiple outdoor spaces. We had 9 couples and all of us commented on how we enjoyed each other without feeling cramped. We had the freedom of privacy yet the spaces for gathering. The kitchen was huge and the appliances easily accommodated the private chef we hired. To top it off, it is located one block off the Main Street of Chatham. We will definitely be booking this home again next year.
