No matter where you adventure to you will find amazing coffee shops, yummy restaurants, and so many cool breweries.

Other Things to Note:
The $10 per person “extra guest fee” is to accommodate one tent next to the River Pod, up to four more guests. Larger tents will not be allowed, only max 4 person tent. I loved this place! Just a few feet off the riverbank. Lovely view. Quiet, private, and able to hear the frogs and crickets when you lay down at night. Highly recommended.

Charming & quaint. The Marigold River pod was 1 of 4 pods next to the Little Saluda River and woods. It was magical with the rippling sound of the river, the constant chirping of birds, and a turtle swimming downstream with the water current. An unexpected joy was the ability to open one side of the pod and have a full side view of the river and woods. Perfect for an afternoon siesta! Kat was very helpful with a special problem I had that I had failed to plan for ahead of time. If you love the outdoors, I highly recommend this spot!

Katie was a wonderful host. She was responsive and very accommodating. We were thrilled with the experience in the River pod and we were also supplied with an opportunity to stay for a bit in the GORGEOUS Chestnut tiny home. Will certainly be returning!

If it wasn't so cold I'd give it 5 stars. Dress warmly then put on another layer! Staff was excellent! Shower and restroom were adequate!

We enjoyed our stay at the Marigold pod. It was raining a lot (hurricane season) but it was still an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the brewery on location. The road was very busy but luckily didn’t bother us during the night. Overall, great stay.

I stayed there in the end of October, and it was cold at night! There is light and an outlet to plug-in your phone or other plug-in devices, so if I were to go here again, I might bring a space heater. Also, apparently all the stink bugs were out to play and were everywhere in the cabin and elsewhere. Other than that it was quite enjoyable! Being by the river and hearing the river sounds at night is so soothing. I was in Greenville for a conference and was very busy during the day, but I wished I had had the opportunity to spend more time by the water.

I have a friend that had never floated the river or camped! I know right??!! This was the perfect set up for a chill weekend not to far away. We had such an amazing time. The Pod was so cute, the grounds were well maintained and they even gave us some firewood. 13 Stripes was also amazing to have on-sight. It was a great way to ease my friend into the great outdoors! We’ll be back again!

Hotter than hot. An available small battery operated fan would have been nice. Footpath to river closet too would be nice. Overall, stay was as expected

Great little stay but not for winter
We went prepared but the two beds put together was not comfortable and despite having 4 comforters we still froze. We ended up leaving at 5 am. It will be fun for the summer but we don’t think we will be returning in the winter ever.

Great camping “light” option
I was looking for a place to camp for a few days near Greenville and ran across this river pod as a great option. The bed was comfortable and the pod Protected me from the elements of rain. One downside was the road noise but I realize that because the pod is located close to the road. The shower & bathroom facility was clean and warm. Check in /out was seamless.
