A really fun space for a long weekend exploring Zion. The tipi was well-equipped for our family of 4 and we found everything we needed in the outdoor kitchen. The beds were fine (not great) comfort-wise and we liked being able to watch just a little tv in bed!
We found that we had enough space between indoors and outdoors for ourselves and our 2 kids (tween/teen), and we all appreciated the hot tub after a day of hiking.
The location is a bit of a construction site at the moment with more development happening very close by. We weren't disturbed by any noise though.
The only disappointment was not being able to see stars easily. The lights are on all night for each tipi and wagon for obvious reasons, which means stars are a little harder to see. One night we wandered up to the where construction was happening just to stare at the sky. I wish I had known about the star gazing tour in advance as I would have booked that for sure.
Overall would recommend, although would probably stay in town next time to be able to walk to dinner and avoid the drive in and parking hassle for Zion.

Amazing!
Such a nice place! The outdoor kitchen was fun. The teenagers said it was the best Air B&B ever!

10/10 Would stay again!!!
This property was amazing. We loved the cozy feel of the tipi and everything was perfectly decorated. The outdoor area for cooking was great, as well as the hot tub and fire pit. So much detail and love went in to the design of this property and made for a wonderful stay. And the views….wow!!! Perfectly located near Zion and local eateries/coffee shops as well. We’ll be back for sure!!!
