About this cabin rental
Coyote Ridge is a luxury vacation home designed with the charm and beauty of the old west. With the popularity of Zion National Park why not hike into the park straight from this home. You can access trails like the East rim, Cable Mountain and our favorite ,Observation Point from this neighborhood No shuttle, no crowds. Coyote Ridge has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We can accommodate up to 14 people in beds.
The garage has a Tesla Gen 3 Level 2 charger free use for guests.
We have a fully furnished kitchen and a large stone gas fireplace. Two Satellite TV’s with DVD player and a selection of movies. There is a large balcony on the front and a very large deck that can accommodate large parties. Coyote Ridge sits on one acre that backs on to open space to give you that true mountain experience. There is a large gas barbecue grill and outdoor seating for those evening mountain dinners. There is great access to surrounding forest/plateau country and Zion for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, photography, and great sightseeing. Located to take day trips to Bryce National Park less then an hour, Zion within walking distance, The North Rim Grand Canyon 2 hours , Lake Powell 2 hours, Navajo lake and many more sights to see in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The host gave us the best recommendation to e-bike into Zion which was great. Saved a lot of time on the shuttle. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the space in the house! Also liked being able to order pizza from the Resort. Very good pizza and convenient. We also used the resort shuttle to drop us off at the Observation Trail head. Overall a great experience.

This house was fantastic. When they say it is fully stocked they are not kidding. They had every type of pot and pan, most food staples and everything you need. The grill was in excellent condition. The hot tub is very nice and all the rooms were great. They have an amazing binder at the house with so many suggestions on what to do. Zion is 25 minutes away and Bryce Canyon is about an hour and a half. It is a bit remote, but most things are in this area. I would stay here again in a second.

We spent Thanksgiving here with two families and the close proximity to Zion made the trip so special. We enjoyed the privacy away from all the hustle and bustle. This is a great house to hang out in, for cooking big meals and enjoying time with friends

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured online. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of space. There are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, so this was a great property for multiple families to share-- each couple had their own "master" bedroom. Laundry was great-- totally necessary after days of hiking around Zion. The property was very private- we never saw other neighbors and had plenty of outdoor space. The hot tub was perfect- very roomy and so relaxing at the end of the day. Had plenty of seating and dishes for our large group. Well stocked kitchen. We did not run out of toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags-- all were well supplied. Only con- the ping pong paddles were plastic and not usable (no rubber side for grip or regular play). The balls were mishapen, maybe from use? We had hoped to play more in that space but for a ping pong loving family- this area wasn't quite what we were hoping for. Overall, this house was really wonderful and I would definitely recommend for a trip to Zion (we even took a day and went to Bryce Canyon as well-- the drive was totally doable!)

We all enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this home! Very spacious and it has everything you need. It is located in a remote area so get your groceries and stuff before you go. The host is very friendly and was there to answer any and all of our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!

Ponderosa Family Reunion
We stayed at this property for a large family reunion. It was convenient for all family activities at the resort and close to Zion National Park. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use a couple of new frying pans. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the hot-tub. Owner was immediately responsive when we called.

Great location!
This house is the perfect spot for exploring Zion, just minutes from the east entrance. It was quite spacious and accommodating for our party of 8. We enjoyed the outdoor decks and hot tub. Stargazing was amazing. Wish the outdoor spaces had a little more furniture, other than that, 5 stars!

Amazing stay and incredible experience
Beautiful home with great amenities. Location is fantastic. Stargazing in the hot tub was a perfect way to cap off a great day of hiking. We were impressed with all the amenities available close by at the Zion Ponderosa also...live music, secluded hiking trails, horses and goats to pet, and wonderful people. Our home was within walking distance of the Ponderosa grounds, but yet still felt secluded enough and we saw wildlife nearly every night. The home was clean, cozy and had a great layout. We loved everything about our stay and didn't want to leave. We highly recommend!

Great property and location
The home was really nice with everything in great working order. We enjoyed spending evenings there and preparing meals. The trip into Zion was only about 20 minutes to the front gate and the park is breath-taking.

Great location.
The location is wonderful and the size of the house is great for a large group. The house could definitely use a deep cleaning. It was difficult to cook for our large group because the kitchen lacked sufficient cookware. The other bummer was the pictures showed a large patio table for eating meals outside; this was inaccurate. It was a very small table for 4. The biggest issue was I stopped by the house at 3:30 and the house was not close to being ready. That was fine because I was early, however it wasn’t finished until 4:30 pm. That’s a little frustrating when you’re paying so much money. This is our 2nd time staying at this house. I love this area and the size of the house, it just needs some updating, cookware, bedding, pillows, outdoor table etc... overall everyone had a great time and I would stay there again with the suggestions above. Thank you.

This Lodge Like House has it all.
This house is like a lodge and fits a visit to Zion National Park. We didn’t have to bring any household items. Everything you need from cleaning supplies to trash bags are provided. The furniture was comfortable and the hit tub felt great after all of our hikes. Including the available entrance to the Overlook Hike. The only negative was the distance and time to Springdale or Kanab to purchase groceries or souvenirs. It would have been less inconvenient for the driveway not to have been resurfaced during our stay but we imagine it was a neighborhood issue. We had a wonderful stay and we would recommend this property for anyone’s stay at Zion. It’s also drivable to visit Bryce Canyon. Thank you for sharing your property.

This property is large and very well laid out. We loved our time in this neighborhood and hope to be back. If you are looking to be close to a town and some action, this is not the location; however, there is lots to do surrounding it. House has everything you need and more! Loved our stay!

Peace and Serenity

Nice house in Zion Ridge
The location of this house is perfect for Zion Park, away from Springdale, which is what we wanted. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked which was great because we cooked all our own food.
Check-in was later than agreed, but I think Steve thought we were staying at his other property, which was ready when we arrived.
It is a perfect place to relax. Its close to the East gate entrance for hiking. The huge deck was great for relaxing and hanging out. The hot tub was freshly filled with clean water. The fire pit was a huge hit for s’mores. The deck needs some repair but there are decking planks that look like they are ready for instal by the house.
I would stay here again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you Steve!

Perfect Mountain House
We’ve rented many VRBO properties around the world. This house was perfect for our family (an older couple with their 2 adult sons and wives, 2 babies and a toddler). The layout In this house works and there is a good degree of sound proofing making each bedroom private. The house feels brand new, it is immaculately clean. We were also happy with the amount of dishes and other necessary items that were stocked. We liked that the house is in a beautiful mountain neighborhood but isn’t close to any of the other houses. Finally, we had a terrific time playing ping-pong and relaxing in the garage. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great house but warning on deposit
The house is great, the area is great and our stay was even better. However, be prepared to be charged the deposit the moment you book and you will not be refunded for 14 - 24 days after you check out. I have never experienced this in all of the homes that I have rented and it is quiet the inconvenience. The only reason I gave this property 4 stars is because of the deposit rules that pertain to this home that I listed above.

Beautiful home for visiting Zion and Bryce!
We had a great stay at this home with 5 adults and 4 teenagers. We had plenty of space to enjoy one another and spread out for quiet time when needed.
The owner, Sharon, was very communicative prior to our visit and offered loads of helpful information about shopping, traveling, and enjoying the area. The house was very well-appointed in the kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. We had plenty of towels in the bathrooms and they were also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soaps..The house was also equipped with games and movies.
I would recommend this home to any one traveling to the area. Take Sharon's advice on getting your grocery shopping done prior to Springdale and then just enjoy the beautiful scenery!
