Our peaceful haven provides an ideal base camp for business or a family getaway. Enjoy the private deck & backyard nestled on the north end of town. Our ~1,200 sq ft 2 BR 1.5 bath sleeps 5 with 1 king bed, 1 queen, & 1 comfy sofa with all bedding provided. Rooms are large & spacious. The king BR has a full size desk for work or games. A full kitchen provides full sized appliances, along with pots, pans, cooking utensils & serving essentials. . Our place boasts amenities you’d enjoy at a luxury hotel. Close to rivers, Lee U, Wacker, OCI and other area attractions. We offer a quiet neighborhood with chirping birds and wooded areas. It is a great place for a walk or a bike ride. TV in LR with high speed WiFi provided along with Roku with Netflix, Hulu, & Disney+ on us.

This was my first experiencing with Vrbo (never used competitor), and it was very positive. Great communication, very reasonably priced, property was as described, area was quiet. Couldn’t have asked for better, honestly, as we just needed a roof over our head at night before and after spending all day on the Ocoee.

The townhome is clean and spacious. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. I had a little challenge using Vrbo on my phone that made communication with the Host difficult. But I was able to correct it using my laptop. Overall, my experience was very good and the price very reasonable.

I first noticed the exterior of the townhome was very rundown and the threshold for the front door is in great need of repair. Once entering it smelled of wet dog. The carpet needs to be replaced. The kitchen floor was nice. The bathroom electrical plug’s cover was missing a screw so it kept falling off. And the last morning there was a roach on the kitchen counter. Bedding was clean.

The place was wonderful and very accommodating! We enjoyed the stay, it was very clean, and Debbie was an excellent host. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for the weekend. It was quiet and relaxing. Any questions or concerns we had, she answered almost immediately, so that was a HUGE bonus.

The property was in a very good, secure, wooded, pretty neighborhood. Which is important for women traveling. We had all the necessities of home provided for us. Very Spacious and the 1 and half baths was great. So much better than staying at a motel! The inside was clean and the owner was communicative if we had questions. It is a bit antiquated, and the out deck did have a bit of a leak, but it served our needs!The outside could have been spruced up a bit but maybe they haven't had their spring cleanup yet.

Debbie has been great through our whole process. We needed a place last minute so that we could come see our granddaughter. We were in luck. The place was in a nicer area and out of the city just enough. The cleanliness was out of this world, it smelled great and everything was sanitized. The beds were comfortable and decor was beautiful too. This is a townhouse duplex style but the neighbors were so quiet, we didn't even hear them. I plan to stay here again on our next trip if it is available!
