We were able to check in early for a family wedding. We had three rooms in this hotel. The staff was incredible! Also, the rooms were very accommodating as well. It was not cheap, however, there was a special event going on in this small city on the date, we arrived. I could not ask for more from the hotel staff or the hotel itself. Very very pleased, indeed!

This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything one would need for a long term stay, with a mostly full kitchen (only missing an oven). The room was very comfortable, and I would gladly stay here again. The room was a little on the pricey side, so I do not know if I would pick it for a long stay. But for an overnight on my travels, it was great.

The breakfast was amazing. Missy went above and beyond by printing business documents for me and she even helped me put them in page protectors. She definitely deserves recognition in going the extra mile.

Shower needs to be stronger without wetting the floor. Luggage carts need to be the regular carts rather than short ones as it takes longer to transport luggage to vehicles

This was a long stay due to repair on our home. Fairly new hotel that was “stick-built” so you hear snap, crackle and pop from the wood frame contracting/expanding during temperature change. You also hear any and all walking in the hallway and rooms above.

The hotel was overbooked! Arrived at 1 in the morning with a child and was simply told- "sorry!" Not acceptable at all! The receptionists were also not helpful!

Very friendly staff, especially Alex and Matt! Alex always had a smile and was very friendly…such a pleasant change from other hotel’s grumpy staff! And Matt was friendly and helpful with our burnt popcorn smoke event which set off the smoke alarm! They both represented TownePlace Suites well!

The hotel is easy to find right off I-75. Our room was very large and comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy! The front desk associate was very pleasant and polite. There are plenty of dining options in either walking distance or a short drive. We will stay here again on our way to and from Florida.

I’m not sure if it was because we booked through hotels.com or what but unfortunately, it seemed as if we got a discounted room. It was a handicap room (we did not ask for a handicap room) and there was many amenities missing so that a wheelchair could be used inside the room. It was missing doors under the cabinets in the kitchenette for wheelchair access, which exposed all plumbing. The bathroom was also handicap accessible, which they put a chair in the shower area, which was kind of in the way a bit. I moved the furniture around and there was stuff behind the furniture where you could tell the couch and things have not been moved out for a little while. The workmanship and paint detail in the room is not that great. I will not be staying here again unfortunately. The staff is super friendly and nice, but it was just not to my expectations.

We stay in lots of hotels due to my daughter playing travel softball and this is the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a LONG time! Super clean, great breakfast, awesome grills and fire pit, and the pool was also very clean! We will def be staying here again when we return to cleveland!
