You can't beat the location of this property if you're looking for a fun getaway with a huge variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The property was beautiful, spacious and in an excellent location! They need to put better pictures on VRBO because they do NOT do the property justice. The host maintained contact with us and provided immediate assistance.

Great location, comfortable living. One recommendation is if you’re planning on cooking anything you’ll need to bring cooking essentials, such as salt, pepper spice etc. kitchen was not stocked with anything. There was also limited cookware.

We LOVED this rental house! It was very clean and a great size for our family of 4. It is also located between two of our favorite restaurants, which was a huge bonus! The house is a 10 minute walk to South Congress and provided the perfect place to relax after our days exploring Austin. We had trouble with the front door code and the lock was a little challenging, but totally not a big deal. We also couldn't get the TV to work, but again- didn't really bother us. All in all- this is a great property to rent. HIGHLY recommend!!
4.8
Pros: location, size of space, decorated well
Cons: front door lock is broken making it hard for our large group to only have one key, overall the unit could have been cleaner (stained bed sheets, stains all over the couch, dirty bath mats).
All issues were reported and management responded but ultimately never fixed anything. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location especially if you use Uber for night activities in SOCO. Parking is almost impossible there or more costly than round trip door to door Uber. Parking at the house is great. Very clean property. The downstairs bathroom is superb!
We would suggest more comfortable seating for the outdoor areas. The pavers need to be attended to as one of our party had a fall.

Loved this adorable house. The 3 bedrooms worked well for our family with our adult kids upstairs and my husband and I downstairs. We walked to SOCO, downtown regularly, sometimes taking an Uber back. Very nice, kitchen, great bed. The only downsides were no place to sit outside on main floor (we would have liked to have coffee or wine outside), and very small living room for a movie with family. But I knew this from the photos and didn't spend a lot of time inside so it worked great for us!

Being a best man comes with it’s choirs. Scheduling events, managing the groomsmen, making it all work. Returning to this place every day was a godsend. We slept like babies and made some memories. The location was great. The street was quiet. Just a short ride to downtown and we were stoked. Loved it.

Great location, nice house
This location is very central to many of the sites we wanted to visit in Austin, like Barton Springs, downtown, Zilker Park, Pease Park, UT, and a slew of great restaurants along S Congress and S 1st St. The house had plenty of towels and other supplies. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice house in a downtown adjacent neighborhood
The house is located just south of downtown. While it isn't quite walking distance it is short enough to get there by Lyft, Uber or bike/scooter. Our group found it to be a nice neighborhood with plenty to explore.
Inside the house is spacious enough for a small group including plenty of bathrooms and beds for all. We found the usual hotel-style amenities: towels, bedding, shampoo, etc. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Thankfully the house had a small supply of leftover coffee and filters that we were able to use before heading out. A nice extra that may have been leftover from another group.
A couple recommendations for visitors: bring a sleep mask if light bothers you. All bedrooms were generally bright in the morning even with the shades pulled down. You may also want to bring earplugs as the birds in the tree near the house can be loud.
