Amazing location, great fishing, close to Fisherman's Village (2 miles), Harbor Social (2.8 miles) and Beautiful historic Downtown Punta Gorda (3 miles) walk/bike or easy drive with parking available. PGI has it all , dining, pubs, shopping, museums, gardens, fishing and harbor walking trails. This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and the oversized pool and lanai really complete the property. 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, waterfront home in Punta Gorda Isles that is located just 11 lots from the harbor! The home features an updated interior w/luxury vinyl flooring throughout the main living area with comfortable seating for everyone, leather reclining couch and two swivel chairs, 65 inch TV and bar/sofa table for additional TV watching. There are two indoor dining spaces and a cozy spot for morning coffee or book reading. The outdoor seating has wonderful chaise lounge chairs perfect for relaxing by the pool or grilling out. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters & a pass-through window to the lanai. Almost every room in the home offers walk-out access to the lanai. The primary bedroom suite has private access to the lanai, king sized bed and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The two guest rooms are split by a hall full bathroom with a tub/shower and dual sinks. One bedroom is set perfectly with two queen beds with three night tables. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed great for lounging.

This beautiful home is the perfect place for family and/or friends to gather, relax and get away. Beautifully decorated.The kitchen is super well stocked.The outdoor area has plenty of sun and shade with multiple seating areas. And comfortable beds!! Our stay could not have been better!

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay and we do understand why the screens on the pool were not fixed. A category 4 or 5 hurricane will do some damage luckily that was the only damage.Our family will be booking another stay with you next year.

We were staying for the week and our adult sons (age 24 and 27) stayed with us part of the time. A couple of days 3 of us were working from home at the same time and everyone could find a space and the WiFi was strong. The home is in a great location, convenient to all but very quiet. The home is well outfitted and cabinets are labeled so you can find everything and put it back where it belongs. Very nice lanai set up and furniture. Pool cage screens were missing from the hurricane, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool. Very nice bikes available for use in the garage. And there were fishing rods. We had a great stay. The host Windy was very responsive.

The house was so clean and well decorated. It has everything you could want. Beautiful pool, bicycles, comfy beds, lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Gorgeous view of the canal. It’s paradise that’s for sure!

Loved this home! The rooms were large but cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the host provided many amenities. Loved the large shaded lanai and private pool. My husband loved fishing in the channel. The house is located on a quiet street which was great for morning walks but close to Fisherman’s Village and Lashley Park. We would stay here again!

We have nothing but good things to say about this home. It is exactly as presented in the description and more. Great location, furnishings, and amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to dine in. But the location is within a short drive to many great restaurants if you prefer eating out. The neighborhood is friendly and a great place for walking. The heated pool was perfect and the lanai had both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing and social time. Check in was easy and communicating with Windy was easy as well. We suggest if you stay to bring your own streaming device if you are like us and want to keep up with NCAA sports etc. We brought our own firestick so we could access our direct tv account and watch ESPN and our favorite teams as well as news channels. The home does have adequate internet and some streaming services too. We hope this home is available on the dates of our next trip to this beautiful community of Punty Gorda Isles.

We just got back from a week stay and the pros about this house is the location and the pool! The pool is much bigger than most of the Florida pools and it's deep, which was great for diving. It is also so close to the open water that my husband was able to catch several different kinds of fish. The cons: When we got there, we found some kind of animals poop on the rug where my daughters were sleeping. First impression made me think it was not cleaned very well and it was very gross for me to have to clean that up. Next: you will need to buy everything for this house. They give you two rolls of toilet paper and very little hand soap or paper towel. We also didn't have extra trash bags so we had to make an extra trip to buy those. Personally, I would not want to or expect my guests to have to buy trash bags or toilet paper. The grill: This is a nice feature, however, it says in the description that if you use it, you must buy a new propane tank for the next guests. We used it one time and it was empty. So someone did not do this before us and we were expected to buy a whole new one for the next guest. Again, this is not something I think the renters should have to be responsible for. We would have liked to use the grill more but did not think it was right that we would have to purchase the propane when we used it one time before it was empty. Last, when we were leaving to make sure we got everything, we found mens avocado boxers under one of the beds and nicotine gum in my sons room. I am glad my kids are a little older but if someone had young kids crawling around, this is the last house I would want them in. Overall, we had a good time but I would not recommend it or stay here again.

The home has been updated beautifully with comfortable furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, and great outdoor space to enjoy. It was clean, fresh, and new. The pool is wonderful and we used it extensively. Everything you need is provided and that made for such a nice stay. We loved the location of this home. It was not on a busy street but was close to everything. Being in Punta Gorda Isles is a must, and this home is located in the best spot. We loved everything about this home and highly recommend it. Windy was so responsive and easy to contact. Trust the pictures, because they are accurate about the shape of this home. If we are forced to offer a suggestion, it would be to provide a Keurig instead of a coffee pot maker. We like different kinds of coffee and being able to prepare one cup at a time works best for us. Picky, I know, but that is all we can think of to make this a perfect rental home. We highly recommend it.

We loved our stay! We had plenty of room for our family and loved the lanai and pool area. It was fun to watch the boats go back and forth on the canal. Used the bikes daily and enjoyed the shops and restaurants at Fisherman's Village. We had a great time and will be back!

Wonderful, well stocked home with nice deep heated pool. We have rented many homes and this was the first one that had complimentary toiletries!! Ended up seeing a dolphin in the canal. Communication with the host was very good. Would definitely rent this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and organized. The pool area was nice and spacious. Plenty of great seating and dining areas. Large tv and comfy couches. The mattresses were amazing. We all slept great. Lots of pillows to choose from as well. Location was great, very close to the village and downtown. The neighborhood was nice for walking with the baby. The pool could have even warmer and you will need to buy more toilet paper, there are only 2 rolls per week. Overall I would recommend this stay.

This home is exactly as described in the listing, if not better. I have definitely stayed in homes that were not as described and this is not one of them. Very nice/safe location. Extremely clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The host was great and very easy to get a hold of. Just a great experience overall. On the last day we were sitting out on the lanai and we heard some splashing. We had been hearing that all week, but just assumed it was fish. It was a dolphin! So definitely be on the look for that. Super cool to see! This is a great house and I will absolutely be renting it again in the future.
