Excellent property with complete amenities for a wonderful stay! Location is ideal for access to Denver area and communication with owner was seamless.
We look forward to our next visit!

We stayed at this VRBO last week, everything was as described and Phil was an amazing, attentive host. We would definately stay here again. Thank you Phil for a great week and sharing your lovely, well kept home with us.

This property was very nice. Well furnished, decorated, clean and the owner was great. The only downside is that it is located next to a very busy street which made it noisy in the backyard or if you had the windows open. A nice park in walking distance and a good central location for many of the downtown attractions. I would stay at this property again.

Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of perfect, especially given that we were in town for a wedding. The location was ideal—conveniently close to the wedding venue and great breakfast places nearby! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for a special event or just for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a true VRBO. A lovely home, well cared for by the owner who lives behind the house, comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy your time there. The beds... ALL of them were super comfortable. The couches and seating are abundant and make it easy to enjoy an evening on the private patio or a night with popcorn on the couch. It's central location made it easy to get into town. It was everything we were hoping for.

I read the reviews quite extensively before booking this trip and was EVEN MORE impressed with the level of detail this house had! Our stay had many of the essentials already in the home and made a week long stay absolutely enjoyable! The street noise in one of the bedrooms is a little noisy; HOWEVER, the property manager leaves ear plugs knowing this! If you use those…you’ll not hear a thing! The backyard is AMAZING for a morning coffee, happy hour cocktail, or just enjoying your family and friends! I would absolutely come back to stay if in town again!

Just spent 5 nights visiting my son, property was exactly as advertised! Very clean and well maintained, beds are very comfortable. Backyard space was cozy with hot tub, seating area TV and BBQ. House had everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals together. Phillip was a great host, will defintely stay again.
Thank You, Judy & Jesse

We (2 couples) were super happy with the location. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do which included downtown Denver, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park (1.5 hrs) and Colorado Springs (1.5 hrs). In addition, the supermarket was close as was a lovely cafe (Rise and Shine). We didn't cook this time, but the kitchen seemed well appointed. Backyard is very cute with a nice hot tub. Two things to mention. First, it is located near a noisy road although there is a basket of earplugs available. We live in a noisy area, so it didn't bother us very much. But light sleepers should beware. Also, since it's a pet friendly house there is residual dog hair and one of our party is allergic. He had to get some OTC allergy meds, but he was fine. That's on us for not reading the description carefully. I am not implying the house is in anyway unclean. It was very clean in every room and there was also a lint brush available. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Close drive to Denver. Enjoyed our stay!

The pics do not do this place justice. The home has had some great updates very recently it appears. The patio has new furniture. Very clean home, comfortable, and well supplied. Close to so many things in Denver, walkable to lots of stuff, easy to get downtown or to the mountains. The owner/manager services the hot tub. He has a lot of knowledge of Colorado and is happy to share it. I had some concern from reviews about noise, it is sometimes busy, but no big deal. I think additional fencing has been installed as the owner mentioned. The yard was incredibly private for being close to an urban area.

I spent 5 nights at this property with two adult sons and it was perfect! Rooms for each of us, plus a very nice, very private back yard. And the hot tub was a lovely bonus after a long day of hiking. I definitely recommend this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really had a wonderful stay at this home. The price was incredibly reasonable and our guest contact was very friendly and assisted us with anything we needed. Hot tub was perfect, every room was clean, and the home had a lot of personality. We really loved the little touches of fun artwork and labels throughout the house. My other guests plan to return to this home only if they come back into town. It's extremely close to downtown and not far from Boulder and the surrounding mountain areas. Also very close to shopping, groceries, and the Edgewater market.

We found the home to be in perfect condition and fully stocked more than any other VRBO we have ever experienced. The house was perfect for our family visit during spring break. Great location. Very close to downtown, very close to the mountains. Wonderful neighborhood. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to a long day in the mountains or a long day in the city. We will make this our $1 choice for stays while visiting Denver. Our oldest son lives in Wheat Ridge, so we will be visiting frequently. Thank you for your hospitality.

This VRBO was at a great location in the northwest Denver area. It is right off of a main street that takes you to a lot of things (and quicker highway access). I stayed here with my girlfriend and our two dogs. We didn't use the two extra rooms, but they looked just as nice as the main bedroom. The kitchen & washer/dryer area was stocked with most of the essentials. There were trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, plates, utensils, and some basic condiments (assuming left behind from other guests). We had brought our own supplies just to be safe, but we didn't end up needing most of it. The patio space is the highlight for sure. The hot tub was kept primed at 100 degrees and is pretty simple to turn on and operate. We used the hot tub every night during our 4 night stay. The couch/chairs outside were very comfortable as well. Most of our trip was consumed with hiking/adventuring around west Denver and Boulder. We weren't at the VRBO the majority of the time, but when we were, we were mostly hanging outside on the patio or sleeping.
Only cons (weren't a big enough deal to us to reduce the rating, but some people might find this information helpful/important)....The street noise was kind of loud at night due to being the corner house (right next to the main street). The owner provided some soft/disposable earplugs to use to sleep with if needed to counteract this. The master bedroom (where we slept) was further from the main street, but the two smaller bedrooms would be on the side of the house closer to the street. Another thing to note is that the owner does live in a detached building on the back side of the property. If you find that weird, this may not be the place for you. The property is divided by a wood fence in the backyard to give privacy so it doesn't feel like you're sharing the same backyard.

Nice clean and comfortable space. Close and convenient to the beauty of Denver. Close to Sloan Lake. Which is a nice place to go for a run/walk.
8.0 / 10.0
We liked our stay but it is on a corner with a very busy noisy street so we had to sleep with ear plugs in and still could hear the traffic! We loved the house and backyard. The only other strange thing was either the owner or manager was living in a camper on the other side of the backyard fence. We felt kind of strange as VRBO advertises that you are completely alone! We could see into the camper, lights and TV...felt like we were being watched.

The house is easy to get to and close to so many areas! Major plus is that the house is dog-friendly. Check-in was very easy, the house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and space for all 5 of us. It is walking distance to breweries and Sloans Lake which was a beautiful place to walk the dog. As others have mentioned, it is on the corner of a busy street but we weren't really bothered by the street noise at all. It was a great stay!

Centrally located. Owner provides quick responses if needed. A bit of road noise but that’s to be expected. Beds are comfortable. House is clean. Hot tub is great. Great privacy. Has all the amenities you need for a stay.

We had an AMAZING stay at this house! The location is perfect. It was close to all the things we wanted to do (easy drive from airport, red rocks concert, downtown Denver, many restaurants, coors brewery, so much more!) The property contact was a great communicator, Phil gave us his cell number and also email. We were able to arrive a little early and get settled! The house smelled amazing and was super clean as soon as we arrived. They even have some starter condiments that you would need and a whole cabinet of spices. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The beds were comfy. Tons of extra towels. We booked this house because of the backyard and it did NOT disappoint! We spent hours in the hot tub, grilled a dinner, relaxed on the patio and even watched the patio tv while in the hot tub! If we ever come back to Denver we will of course be looking to stay here again! Thanks so much!!

Is on a corner of Sheridan Blvd, a noisy thoroughfare (dragstrip?). The very nice patio was rendered almost untenable in the afternoons due to traffic noise. House does not have central A/C. Instead, it has an evaporative cooler system (which worked very well) but required partially-open windows to move the air (and also admitted noise).
On plus side: Excellent kitchen and washer & dryer. Plenty of pots & pans & utensils. Good dining table arrangement. Good TV. Excellent wi-fi. All systems are well-labeled and have instructions for use.
If you stay here, be sure to drive down the hill for a happy hour at Lakeview Lounge. Within walking distance of house is excellent and attractive restaurant, "West 29th."

The property was very conveniently located with a beautiful lake down the street. Rental was clean with plenty of amenities, very cute and spacious outdoor area. The only thing I would recommend is a curtain in the master bedroom as it’s very bright in the mornings and also definitely recommend using the sound machine that’s provided or bring ear plugs or headphones due to noise from the traffic.
6.0 / 10.0
Pros:
Location: central, near lots of venues. Park a block away for the dog.
Pets allowed
Nice back porch sitting area for hanging out
Cons:
Location - on corner of VERY BUSY and VERY NOISY street.
The evaporative cooling system requires windows to be open which made it difficult to sleep.
Hot tub - small, 2 people max - 1 comfortably so challenge with four people.
Back yard - under construction - lots of bare dirt

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was convenient to downtown and we were there during the fifth and six game of the Stanley Cup. Phil was available to us anytime we needed him and answered all of our questions very promptly. Would definitely recommend this house for someone’s vacation.

Wonderful Stay!
We loved staying at this home away from home! It's a small three bedroom and two full baths that worked perfect for two people.
It is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities. The outdoor area was amazing with its hot tub, sectional, tv, grill, etc... Excellent condition, and we will return for a longer stay in warmer weather. The owner is at the back of the lot but cannot be seen, so not a problem at all. We usually avoid this setup, but there is no need to worry about that with this listing.
Inside, the home is immaculate, very well taken care of, and clean as can be. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, etc... No need to purchase anything. I always love when the owners have a few condiments on hand so as to avoid having to buy items for just a one or two time use. This is the case with this home. There were condiments in the refrigerator, coffee, creamers, hot chocolate and more to choose from before your trip to the grocery just down the road. There are tons of I-wish-I-had-this blanket that were soft and pretty. The home is charming, well taken care of, and inviting.
The location is great! Within walking distance of several amazing parks, restaurants, strip centers, Edgewater, which offers unique shopping, bars, restaurants, and more. Perfect location if you have only one vehicle on hand as guests can easily walk to these locations. It is also an easy drive from this home to downtown area, Boulder, Pikes Peak, and so much more.
Our stay was fabulous! This is a fantastic place to stay and hope to return over the summer months.
