Red Rocks is about 15 - 20 minutes, as there are many events in the area!
The Edgewater Public Market is 4 minutes away, an awesome place to visit.
Casa Bonita a landmark of Denver is only around the corner.
Just a few minutes driving to Downtown Denver.
The Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena!
Close to downtown, Lo-Hi, Highlands Denver, light rail, and the mountains!
This is a beautiful, one bedroom unit with a walk in closet.
The washer/ dryer in a spacious laundry room, new appliances, and a wood burning fireplace!
You’ll enjoy your stay, the ambiance, the outdoor patio, and privacy.
The bathroom has a bathtub as well.
Have your privacy on the outdoor patio in this unit that is situated at the quiet West end of the complex, which is also just a few short feet away from the pool.
Parks, restaurants, and Sloans Lake are only a few minutes away and within walking distance!
The complex has a clubhouse, and a large seasonal pool for cooling off in the summer.
This condo features a living room, bathroom, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a smart TV for you to watch movies or listen to great music.

Guest access

Guests have access to all areas in the Condo except the owner's closet in the living room.

Interaction with guests

Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :)

Other things to note

This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive.
Light refreshments are provided upon check-in consisting of coffee, is provided to start the morning! One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 7 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better.

Wife and I needed a place for a few nights and this fit the bill. No issues with the condo itself. Owners were helpful and responsive. The overall property was a bit dated, and there was some construction on site. Pool was sufficient but tired. That all said would stay again if in the area.

Good place to stay . Had no issues with the property . Close to Sloan lake which was nice to be able to drive 4 minutes to walk my pups . Decent neighborhood , I didn’t feel unsafe . 20 min drive to pretty much anywhere near Denver . I would recommend

Our stay in the condo was very nice. The communication from the owners/property managers was great and helpful. Not knowing the area, we were a little leery of the neighborhood as we drove into town, but once we got to the property we felt good and safe. The location was great as well as it seemed to only take 10-20 minutes to get to most places. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Our first time to stay in this area. We had tickets to Red Rocks so we decided to stay at this location. We are so glad that we did. These little rentals are so cute. We had everything we could think of during our stay. The private back yard was perfect for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Comfy beds. Short walks to food and pubs. Short, easy drive to Red Rocks. This will be our pick any time we come to Denver area. Thanks so much Niko. You were great.

Host was terrific, especially the fresh baked pumpkin bread and cookies! The location is convenient, especially to Sloans Lake area, and is well equipped with a good bad. You’ll like it.

Niko is an incredibly welcoming host who even left out homemade banana bread as a treat alongside a plethora of free snacks, fruits, and Keurig coffee! The condo is in pristine condition with very nice automated door lock and enjoyable private patio space. The overall neighbor is near Denver so just be aware, but the condo community is very nice and very quiet at night. Extremely responsive to communication and very helpful. I found these accommodations to one of my favorite VRBOs yet and every time I am in town I will be looking for availability here first! Thank you for all your help!

The place was not at all what its was advertised to be. Looked like someone just moved out of the condo to rent it . Food everywhere, tape over light switches, only one window, DREARY PLACE!!!!!!!. Owners would not refund part of our money even though we did not stay more than 5 minutes. Not even the cleaning fees. I can't imagine how they got good ratings in the past. Also, when I communicated with VRBO they were totally unhelpful. They obviously have no control over their property owners and no interest in their renters. I won't be using VRBO again!!!!!

It was obvious that the hosts wanted to create a comfortable, homey experience for their guests (even left us fresh baked cookies). It's one queen bed, but the kiddos slept on the couch. We were charged additional fees for having a pet that were not explained on the posting. However, the host was apologetic and gave us early access for the miscommunication. Overall our family enjoyed the stay.
