Such a beautiful cottage in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was spacious and convenient to many stores and restaurants, however the property itself could use a few small repairs. There was a cabinet door falling off of the hinges and ceiling spackle missing from the ceiling. The trash bin was full when we arrived making it impossible to dispose of our trash properly for the weekend. The management company never responded to our email or calls for early check in either.

This was a family trip celebrating my mothers 80th birthday. I'll start with the pros. The house looks likes the pictures, nicely decorated. The king size bed is very comfortable. It was initially warmer upstairs, but it cooled quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. A few cons, which are minor: no additional kitchen trash bags, for a family of 5 the trash filled quickly. The listing stated trash bags were provided. The coffee maker didn't work, and no detergent for the dishwasher. The previous occupants left cigar butts outside on the back patio area and a bag with men's underwear was left behind the chair in the living room...gross. Finally, I reached out to host via phone call and email on the day of check in to inquire about early check in. I assuming a no reply meant no to the early check in...I guess. However, a response would've been professional. Overall, the house and location is nice.

We spent Christmas in Charleston to visit family and had a lovely time at this house. It looks just like the listing and was easy to find. It was a spacious house in North Charleston with lots of room inside to spread out and relax. We would consider staying here again the next time we visit the Charleston area.

We loved the stay. We truly appreciated the care taken to make the stay comfy. we wished we could stay longer. Perhaps we’ll make another trip that way soon.

Had a group of seven and place was great for our needs. Very reasonably priced and we had a great stay over a three day weekend. All the beds were comfortable and the large couch and TV made for a relaxing stay when it rained.
Only minor cons are:
- Having not visited the area before, North Charleston is anywhere from 20-45 mins from downtown Charleston. A bit of a commute if going multiple times while visiting. Nothing against the house; just something for others to be aware of if they haven't visited area before.
- As another reviewer mentioned, the wifi router limits the number of devices that can be connected to it at a time. Just something to be aware of if you have multiple people with a lot of devices.

We rented the house for a family trip for my nieces reception. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. Great location off the main drag with plenty of restaurants and shops close by by the neighborhood is nice and quiet

This property was perfect for our needs! It is a short ride to downtown Charleston and only two hours from Savannah GA! It was exactly how they described it! It was like being at home! Beds are so comfortable! Would rent again!

Very nice and spacious home with plenty of rooms for our 3 boys. Everyone had their own space and we really enjoyed being close to the charming downtown area.

Very lovely property and we enjoyed staying there. It was just as described. The only challenge we had was that only one of us could connect to the internet. The wifi service provided only allowed for a limited number of devices to be able to connect. Other than that everything was wonderful 😊

Great location
This was a nice property we enjoyed it wish the back yard had more grass, upstairs air was tricky. Overall we would recommend this home.

Nice place to stay!
A great rental!! The house is very clean, plenty of amenities to accommodate a large family, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was newly refurbished, and we enjoyed our stay. The house is close to all stores and activities we needed for our stay. After several long hot days at the baseball field for a tournament, it was a great place to come home to, cool off and relax! The gazebo outside was a great place to spend time. We'd absolutely stay again. Only minor suggestions are yard upkeep prior to guests checking in, and controlling the wasp nests on the exterior of the house.

Family vacation
My family and I really enjoyed this location. The house is just as pictured and the location is perfect. I would recommend that housekeeping would have made sure the stairs and front entrance way were free of dust and the upstairs 2 bedrooms had more air circulation but other than that I would highly recommend this location.

Perfect place for a Girls Weekend!
This property is very nice . All of the beds are comfortable. It was perfect for our group of 7! We only wished that it had an additional half bath but we made it work. The backyard was mostly dirt but am sure the owner will be working on getting it fixed. We spent most of our time in downtown Charleston. It took about 25 minutes to travel to the City Market and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place. You would not be disappointed!

Nice but needs improvements
I will say that the back sliding door was fixed when we rented the house (saw the other review so wanted to address it is fixed). We stayed during an unseasonably hot time of the year (was in the 90s) and the AC was an issue in the upstairs. To get it to cool off to be comfortable meant we were making our teens on the first floor very cold so we weren’t able to get a comfortable climate in the house in the evenings when we were done sightseeing. You can feel the warm air as you get to the top floor. The vents are on the floors which might be a contributor to why it is hard to cool it off upstairs. We did contact the owner and we did receive a response. Most likely, a window unit or additional fan in the upstairs rooms would help during the summer months. This might not be an issue at other points in the year when it’s cooler outside.
Overall, the house was beautifully decorated and we were pleasantly surprised to see full size shampoos, body soap, multiple rolls of toilet paper, and more. Snacks and K-cups were left in the kitchen for an added touch. The washer and dryer were huge capacity and we were able to keep everyone’s laundry kept up. We enjoyed our stay minus the issues with the AC.

Great house
The house was beautiful and spacious. We had a great time and loved the space. The only thing I can complain about is there is no air conditioning upstairs (master room and queen room) so it’s pretty hot up there.

Will be back.
Home was wonderful and very clean with great access to the city. Very nice neighborhood as well.

Owner Communication and Actions
The owner was listed as a contact for issues and did not extend the courtesy to respond to my phone call or email on an issue I observed at the home. The home and reservation and all are nice, but I did have reservation son staying because of a rear sliding door that could not be properly secured. Teh owner neglected having a repairman fix the issue. We stayed but were not comfortable at all and were not pleased with the possibility that someone could enter the home during the night by simply pulling on the sliding door. My advice is to check to see if this has been repaired beforehand. I have to say that the Evolve management team is excellent and tried to help as much as they could. Kudos to them!

Great Location for Charleston wedding guests
We stayed two nights in this fantastically, well thought out home away from home. Beds were comfortable, all the best amenities, and a great place to relax between the events for the wedding weekend. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
