The Space:
Please note that the pool is NOT regularly maintained from October through March. If you would like to use the pool during those months, you are welcome to do so, but it is important to note that it is not heated and guests will be responsible for skimming any debris if you choose to use the pool during the off-season.

The STR Operational Permit for this property is in-process with the City of North Charleston and is following all regulations of the recently-issued ordinance.

ZERO smoking in house. No cigarette butts are to be left outside or on ground. A fine will incur if either are found.

Please note that while there is a grill at this property, we do not provide propane. If you'd like to purchase propane during your stay, we'd be happy to tell you the closest place to the property where propane is available for sale.

Please be considerate of neighbors. No parties or events. No additional guests or loud music outside past 10pm.

Pet policy: We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please note that we have a $500 fee for any time it is found that a pet has been at the property during your stay.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

This place was a pleasant surprise! While an older property, it was located in a nice clean neighborhood and had obviously been refurbished. It was the perfect place for us to hang with our 4 grandkids and daughter after taking day trips into Charleston and didn't take us long to get back and forth either! I thought the kitchenware provided was quite adequate. In fact, it was nice to have skillets that weren't all scratched up and somebody's after thoughts! The owners went out of their way to provide little amenities, such as liquid soap in every sink area and kleenex in every room. It was great having the two TV areas (cartoons in one room/serious stuff in the other)! We had difficulty accessing the key upon arrival, but the owners assisted immediately upon calling them. The only other issue was the pool. It was cloudy the first day we arrived and green by the time we got home the next day and unusable. HOWEVER, the owners got someone out there IMMEDIATELY and even though I thought it was impossible to clean it up quick enough to use that evening, they DID IT! Our grandkids got 2 hours of swim time in after the chemicals settled out. So we would not hesitate to stay here again! Great property!

Was conveniently located to everything. Quiet neighborhood Bed was comfortable. Only complaint kitchen sink was dirty when we arrived, we cleaned it and pool was cloudy.

We enjoyed our stay here- the pool, pool table, and two TVs (one with multiple HDMI ports) were a plus for us, since there were three teens in our group. The kitchen is spacious and has nice appliances, but is not super well stocked if you plan to do any meals there, and the pots and pans and utensils that are there have seen better days. There are some safety issues- exposed nails around the pool stairs, a few rusty nails around the pool area and one in the pool, but these issues have been communicated to the property managers. It’s a solid 3 1/2 stars, but I have no problem giving them 4 stars because the property manager is very gracious and communicative.

The house has been nicely remodeled to modern standards. The pool room was the highlight! Our husbands spent into the night playing pool while we ladies sat in the living room relaxing and talking. The beds slept comfortably, which says alot for someone with back issues. We didn't use the pool as it was out if season and the weather was rainy and cool. It was nice to stay in a place where we all felt comfirtable.

This property has a lot of potential. They cut corners with renovations, the house and pool were dirty, and the deck rails were falling off. If they made some repairs and cleaned the house & pool, it would be much better. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The house was just as the pictures showed. Property manager was very responsive! The pool table had countless matches played. Convenient to grocery stores and close to downtown! Such a memorable trip. Thank you for having us!

Grand daughter had to have open heart surgery. Wanted to stay somewhere that felt like home to help ease her mind before the surgery. Like home we enjoyed the pool and the closeness to town.

The hosts are very communicative. The house is a decent size for our group. The furniture was comfortable. It was good for a few days, not sure it is ideal for longer than that. The house has potential but it’s not well maintained. The AC unit is a must have for spring/summer months. The pool was extremely dirty. Half of the items for the pool are broken. It wasn’t very inviting.
