The kids enjoyed pool, games and the arcade. Close to the lake. The adults loved the hot tub and grilling outside everyday. Relaxing was the goal and that was achieved.

Phenomenal!! we can’t express how wonderful our stay was. The place is beautiful, quiet, and so cozy with only a 5 minute drive to the new casino! 10/10 worth the book!! We’ll be back! 😊

We stayed here with a teen, a couple, and a single adult and had a great time. The location has quick access to Beavers Bend State Parl, Hochatown, and Broken Bow, with all being just a few minutes away. We really enjoyed our neighbor, the Mountain Man Meat Market, which was a walkable distance and had wine, snacks, and groceries perfect for grilling. The only drawbacks were that in the main bedroom road noise can be heard from the highway, but it didnt bother us too much since we are from the city. We also had to clean the grill before we could use it and the hot tub was not clean. These were overall pretty minor issues and they didn't change how much we enjoyed our stay.

We loved out stay here! the only down side of it was an underwear left behind in one of the restrooms from previous guests! other than that everything was great

Exactly what we expected and wanted. The property was nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. The inside was clean and neat. The walmart is a little drive but overall we had a great experience!

The pool was great! It is alot bigger in person than the picture. It was within 10 minutes from everything. We couldn't find the ps4 charger for the kids and within an hour of calling they delivered one!! Will definitely stay again.

We booked the cabin 2 months in advance so we would get everything we wanted. When we got there the hot tub and WiFi was not working. We wanted to make sure we were staying in a place were WiFi was easily accessible. They sent a guy to fix the hot tub but that whole day was wasted. The next day the water was still not hot so they sent the same guy to fix it again and yet again the water wasn’t hot until Sunday morning when we were about to check out. The two days we were there the WiFi wasn’t not working. The grill was leaking grease and so we wouldn’t even use the grill. We went there for NYE and were supposed to have an amazing experience instead we returned home disappointed. Because of no WiFi I couldn’t reach out to my daughter who wasn’t feeling well. We wouldn’t play anything on tv or even play music. It felt like we were in prison on New Year’s Eve with nothing to do.

Perfect getaway

The property manager is wonderful. When we arrived the wifi was out. She was quick to do what she had to do to get it back on for us (it was after 5 on Friday evening) Pictures do not do this place justice. It's a perfect vacation home to enjoy. The pool is fantastic. The beds are super comfortable, house is clean and supplied with everything you need. We will definently be staying here again.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication with property manager. I was very disappointed with how multiple cabinets, all dresser drawers and door frames were all broken. There were no cleaning supplies other then Broom. I did however, love that the location of property, pool, size of house and rooms and laundry room with detergent and all closets had hangers.

This was our first trip to the Broken Bow/Hochatown area. We enjoyed our stay. The home was as advertised and expected. The deck, pool, and grill were great. The local meat market had a delicious selection! We had a nice quiet trip. Recommend the home and area.

This property is NOT new construction, it is an old double wide. The carpet had stains which made a person wonder about the overall cleanliness of the property. There were outlet covers missing which does not make for a child or pet friendly environment. The lower cabinets, as well as the upper, had no doors leaving the soap etc accessible to pets and children. The dishwasher did not work. The ice maker did not work, but the bags of ice left did not replace the inconvenience. The washer sounded like it was one spin short of death. The dryer also had some problems as it did not sound like it should. There was 2 dryer sheets provided. We did try to keep the towels washed. The body pillows did not have pillow cases so cases had to be taken off of other pillows for covering. One smoke detector was just hanging wires. The kitchen floor was scary soft and not just one spot. There was trim that was not attached. The cabin was advertised to sleep 8. However the coffee pot was for 2 with a dozen cups. There were only 2 full sized glasses. The trash can outside was packed full upon arrival. The linoleum had several rips. The candle warmers had a nice smell but did not cover the funk in the house. One more cover up for the problems with the property. The tiny pool looked nice. However the decks needed a major cleaning. The wild pigs roaming and caught at the edge of the property was scary. The trash alone could have lured the pigs to the front of the house. Wild pigs are VERY dangerous!!! We have rented cabins at Beavers Bend for years and this is the worst property ever. We should be given a refund! I did not contact the property manager because we were trying to rest and did not want to deal with people in and out. There is no way to fix all of the issues with this property.
