My family of 4 stayed here for 3 weeks in summer 2024. It was a cozy and well equipped base for activities around the Ludington area. We enjoyed the lovely backyard with fire pit and the location just a few blocks north of Ludington Ave and a few blocks east of Stearns beach.

Clean house with lots of space. Water pressure was weak at times when taking a shower, but we just spaced them out. Would stay again!

Our family stayed at this quaint house over Labor Day. It was our first time visiting Ludington and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and had we loved the charm of an older house. The doorknobs, light switches and bathtub heater were all lovely. Everyone loved the backyard and fire pit. We were in walking distance to everything and enjoyed nightly sunsets on the water.

Great little town with tons of charm, flower lined streets, and great restaurants. This house was located within several blocks of the Main Street area in a very nice, quiet area.

The home was in a great location, close to town. My main concerns were the claw foot tubs and lack of comfortable seating. The tubs were very hard to get into, grab bars might help. I (and my guests) did not feel safe getting in and out of them. The couch in the family room needs to be replaced due to sagging. Other than that, we enjoyed our time at the house.

House was great! The only thing negative I will say is that the water pressure, and lack of hot water was a struggle for 7 girls to take hot showers. Seems like they need a new water heater. Otherwise, house was clean, cute, and great location!

Our vacation in Ludington was elevated with this comfortable home with plenty of room for our family. The two separate living room areas were helpful.

Location being close to downtown is great! We were able to do beach days without issue. The house itself was welcoming and had space for our 2 small families to spread out.

This property is in a very nice and quiet Ludington neighborhood. We were able to take a walk to The House of Flavors and then to the beach. It was about a mile round trip. Not bad after a nice dinner cooked on the grill supplied by the property. We did have an issue with one of the toilets leaking but through a few short texts we had a gentleman there quickly to address it and also took care of a slow kitchen sink. Water pressure was a bit lacking, but did not tarnish our good time. Claw foot tubs with shower curtains are nice but with aging parents with us it was a worry for their access into and out of them. Overall a very nice property and we would recommend!

Great location, easy to downtown and the beach. Comfortable enough to fit a large group. Could use updating in some areas but overall, a nice house.

Wonderful home for us to meet up with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. DIL grew up in Ludington and has always talked about how wonderful of a city is and she was right!! Good location, easy walking distances to the beach and downtown. House was very spacious for the 5 of us and had all the amenities you need. Property manager was great and helped us out with a "locking ourselves out of the house" situation promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little spot in Ludington. Backyard was wonderful for morning cup of coffee and a book. Maybe getting some backyard games for guests to use would be fun. Overall great experience.

16 in our traveling party. 10 stayed in this house. It was perfect. Walking distance to town, beach and House of Flavors for our daily ice cream fix. The grandkids found a nearby field for whiffle ball and football. I spent my boyhood summers in Ludington at my Grandmas house. The house had all the amenities we needed.
Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We took a family vacation to Ludington for salmon fishing. This house was just right. Close to the lake and a short walk to the downtown shops. Yard was nice with a fire pit. House was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, tidy house with lots of character and charm just blocks from downtown and the beach. We walked and rode our bikes to the Farmers Market, restaurants, and Lake Michigan. A nice private backyard with table and chairs was also a big plus. Two bathrooms are small and they both include claw foot tubs that double as showers so not ideal, but doable. Bedroom on main floor was hard to cool and a bit too stuffy to sleep when it’s hot outside. Also, we are a family of readers and none of the bedrooms offered reading lamps by the beds, a big disappointment for us. Overall, enjoyed the house and property and the location couldn’t be beat. I would stay there again!

Charming old house
We enjoyed our time staying at Blue Haven. It’s a charming old house with a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect with our teens being able to walk to the beach and downtown to have some autonomy. We also enjoyed the backyard for peaceful reading in the afternoons and the fire pit at night.
