The kitchen had everything we needed including spices, cleaning supplies, and plenty of coffee! Comfy bed and soft linens. Great location on the water. We saw many birds and even an otter. Nice, efficient washer & dryer. Would stay again!

My son is stationed there in the navy and he was able to take leave and stay at the house with us, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again! So nice to sit out on the deck by the water watching the tide come in or go out and the ferries and sea lions and blue herons and so on… only thing that was wrong was the coffee pot was not emptied and washed other than that everything was nice and clean and we were able to check in an hour early which was nice and we were thankful for the owner letting us do so!

We loved this place! Great location!

This was a cute place in a great location. There were lots of ants inside and the shower didn’t seem to be deep cleaned. There was hair on the wall and the shelf’s have hair and product build up.

We loved our stay in this house! We enjoyed walking to the Boatshed for lunch and Larry and Kristi’s for donuts for breakfast! We loved relaxing on the deck one lovely afternoon and then one rainy night we logged into our account and binged Deadpool! We’d love to come back!

My husband and I loved the cottage! Bremerton is a charming little town, everything within walking distance including the ferry’s into Seattle(which I highly recommend vs driving) . We even got a visit from a Harbor Seal, lots of birds and Mountain View. House was super clean and well stocked. Would love to come back!

Adorable clean, quiet cottage on the water. Harbor seals and river otters did a little "people watching" as we sat on the deck with a glass of wine at sunset.
Great location, easy walk to village of Manette restaurants and bakery. Strolled over the bridge to ferries to Seattle and walk-on ferry to Port Orchard farmers' market. We'll definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our family's spring break vacation. The kids loved looking for shells and crabs on the beach. Close to downtown Bremerton, the ferry and lots of great restaurants The house was modern and clean, we will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed for a few days here hoping to spend our time golfing. The weather unfortunately was not on our side. We were able to sit on the deck the first night and enjoyed to waves and sound of the bay. This place was perfect! The weather being cold, rainy and windy, was still a sight to see from the couches and warm electric fireplace and blankets! So cozy, cute and definately comfortable! We walked up to the Boat shed for dinner a couple of times, which was amazing! It would have been much better in warm weather, and we will definately try to make that happen again! We didn't want for anything while at this adorable and comfy place! It met all of our expectations and then some, despite the weather conditions! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect! The weather was terrible, so I want to come back when its nice, but it was still so awesome! LOVE the location and walk to great restaurants like the Boat Shed, which my husband and I enjoyed a couple of times!

I was there to spend time with family. Manette Beach House was perfect for cooking, socializing, bird watching, and coffee drinking. The neighborhood was very quiet. The walking was splendid even in January. A couple of bakeries were found. A few restaurants are in the area as well. Lots of coffee.

This old hut, converted into a "cabin", is merely OK as a building. The lawn, right up against the beautiful Puget Sound, is dead and dry, full of bugs and unpleasant. It should be green and cared for, a place to lounge in the sun and enjoy the view. The deck is nice, but too hot on a sunny afternoon... when you want to be in the cool grass. Quite a lot of money for a hot hut on the rocks.

This is the cutest little beach house located directly on the Sound; we could look across the water and watch the ferries coming and going. We were able to step out the sliding glass door and sun bathe on the spacious deck, swim in the Sound, and regretted not bringing our paddle board as this would’ve been the perfect location for paddle boarding. The cottage is very very clean and well appointed. The couches and the bed are very comfortable. But the highlight for me was the excellent service we received from the evolve team and the owner Kyle. I had accidentally locked us out of the cottage and called both the Evolve team and Kyle. Within 15 minutes a locksmith arrived to let us in. During our stay we had car problems, so I requested a late check out. Kyle graciously and immediately granted my request. The professionalism, the courtesy, and the swift response by both the evolve team and Kyle our very very impressive. If You are looking for a getaway in Bremerton I highly recommend this property.

The home was very clean and had just about everything needed for a week's stay. The views from the deck are spectacular and there are plenty of local eating places nearby. We will stay there again.

The property manager does not promptly address your problem. He knew there were no kayaks or paddleboards but left them on the listing. Very disappointed about that. That is one of the reasons we chose this property.
3.0
The location was nice and convenient for what we needed, and our kids really enjoyed the small beach along the back of the property. I contacted the property manager to see if we could check in early because we were already in town, they said fine and we ended up having a delay from our original plans and didn’t actually get to the property much later than anticipated. We had to ask for the access code to the property, nothing was provided. Also, We had trouble logging into the wifi according to the pamphlet thing on the fridge. I texted the property manager about this, he said it was the exact same as on the pamphlet. Still wasn’t working and I showed him this and no response so we called him. He didn’t pick up at first, then when he did was very rude. The wifi provided on the pamphlet was not correct, he ended up claiming it was a typo but the one on the pamphlet was the one he texted to me before we had to call… Very strange. He also complained that we didn’t get there the time we asked for, 1 pm and why were we calling so late. Really unprofessional exchange, for that reason I’m not sure I’d recommend this property to anyone unless they don’t care about hospitality or accessing information that should be correct and readily available anyway. The cottage itself was clean but basic.

Nice and lovely house right on the beach. New and cozy. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient and quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful view.
It was a lovely view of the water. We loved sitting on the deck at night and watching the boat and ferry go by. Wish we would have remembered paddle boards or something to go out on because the beach wasn’t very nice to go on or swim. But overall we loved it!

Just what wr wanted
Beautiful little studio with all the amenities. More than most places have, extra bedding, toiletries, towels, AC unit, washer and dryer, nice back patio to sit and just enjoy a drink while taking in the peace of the water. Will stay again.

Manette getaway
Lovely home on the sound. Quiet, peaceful, walking distance to great local restaurants and an amazing bakery. Ferry 15 min walk.

Easily and thoroughly entertained
My kids LOVED hunting for little tiny crabs on the rocky beach and I loved that we could sit and watch them from the deck. They did this for hours and likely would have stayed out longer had we let them/had we not had other plans for them. Cute decor, great location. Plenty of linens, what I would expect for dish ware and spices to cook present in kitchen.

What a beautiful place. Right on the water. Your own private beach. House had all the modern things one would need. Wow!

Amazing House
The property is amazing. Sitting on the deck having coffee or a cocktail is so relaxing. It’s so quiet and the view is just beautiful. The place was very clean and well decorated. There’s a great fire pit for those chilly evenings
Outside. The electric fireplace in the house is very cozy. The furniture and bed were very comfortable.
