Enjoy water views, peace and tranquility from this self-contained guest suite, attached to the main house, with its own separate entrance and off-street parking. This lovely one bedroom is hidden away on a reserve waterfront. Stylish, cosey and perfect for a romantic getaway,. or just some solace to restore the soul. Airconditioned bedroom, taking in the peaceful setting of the river.
Step out from the living area onto your own private deck and take it all in. The large bedroom overlooks the water, and has a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamp, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Bed linen and bath towels provided.
The open plan living, kitchenette and dining area includes large fridge, freezer, microwave, wall mounted television, ceiling fan, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We stock basic pantry items, tea, sugar, coffee pods, milk & cereal. Fully equipped and self-contained kitchenette and living room combined.
Bathroom with shower and vanity. Separate laundry and separate toilet complete this facility.
Access to shared tranquil walkway along the river.
Shallow Waters at 35 Orion Drive, Yamba is fully self-contained. Sleeps a maximum of 2 guests. Off-street car parking. Linen is provided. No pets are allowed. WIFI is provided.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, extra little treats & everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay.Our little holiday here at Shallow Waters is definately one to remember! Peaceful, quiet, totally private & so relaxing. We had a wonderful relaxing few days here and could easily have stayed longer. The property is a fully self-contained unit (living/dining/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, separate WC, and laundry) which is part of the owners house. It's about 5km to Yamba town centre which took about 10 minutes in the car. There is a Coles and some other large shops about 1km away. Although we were effectively in 'suburbia' it felt very quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the back deck looking through the trees down to the water was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the beaches. We also walked to the 'local' pub - the Yamba Shores Tavern - one night (about 3.5km each way) which we would recommend if you fancy a break from town.

This unit, attached to the owners' home, is one of the nicest places we've stayed at in our travels throughout Australia. It overlooks a river and is set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. The unit itself is compact, very well equipped and spotlessly clean, with unexpected treats provided. We had car battery problems and Peter couldn't have been more helpful. This is a top holiday unit and we can't wait to return.

Amazing little piece of heaven. First time i have stayed in someones home rather than a hotel and it was easy to navigate, we felt like we had our privacy and the outlook was absolutely serene. We found this accommodation just perfect for our needs. There were multiple treats left for our consumption, the washing machine & fridge were large & the shower head was great. Comfortable & clean. Initially I thought there was no oven but found a small portable one in the cupboard that worked perfectly. I would recommend this accommodation

Property was over priced. Water views were behind 40 metres of marsh. You wouldn't describe it as a "modern gem'. More like renovated in the not too distant past. The open plan living, kitchen and dining was an area about 4metres square and there was no actual kitchen. There was a portable single ring cooktop and various appliances. The ad from which we appraised the property was exagerated.
