Hulls House is a marvellous detached holiday home resting in Broad Campden near Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Hosting four bedrooms, including a second-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size a double and a second-floor twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a study. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Add a touch of elegance to your escape to the Cotswolds with a stay at Hulls House.
Amenities: Gas central heating with 2 x woodburning stoves. Gas AGA and electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 x Smart TV's, WiFi. Fuel, Wine fridge, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Please note an initial supply of logs & kindling is provided for the property between October until end of March; additional log supplies can be purchased locally. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking available. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 0.2 mile. Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am. Note: The twin bedroom is accessed via the king-size bedroom on the second floor. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £500. Note: The AGA will not be in use during the Spring & Summer months. Note: There is a low stone wall running the length of the property boundary with a 6-ft drop, please take care and ensure children are supervised at all times
