The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, a utility with a washing machine and conservatory. There is a living/dining room with a TV with Freeview and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a double and an adult bunk, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is restricted roadside parking and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, smoking and pets are not permitted at the property. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Please be mindful that the staircase is steep and there may be some road noise. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. For a splendid seaside escape, getaway to 57 Southend Road. Note - Parking is available on surrounding streets all year round, there is also a pay and display car park located diagonally opposite the property and parking available outside the property, however it is restricted outside the property by double yellow lines that are enforced between Good Friday until 31st October each year.

On Sunday afternoons, a band often performs at the bandstand on the green overlooking the beach, serenading sunbathers and day-trippers, while other events take place throughout the year. The brightly coloured cliff sides with intriguing rock pools can be found walking down the shore towards Old Hunstanton.
