Caro, area de playa sucia, excremento de perros en la arena.

Instalaciones

Estacionamiento totalmente encharcado, 1 huesped grito temas agresivos en el area de la piscina, tenia musica alta y el lugar es muy caro para toparte este tipo de personas, la idea es relajarnos no estresarnos con un ex presidiario gritando baebaridades.

The start did not justify the price.

The location is very nice, directly at the beach, you find a large pool with a slide.

The room (suite) was large and nice but it would need some maintenance as it seemed that there haven’t been done a lot in the past years. There was no housekeeping and by asking for fresh towels I had to discuss why I need it. The receptionist was always looking at his phone and not really attentive. The beach in front of the resort would need some cleaning as it was full of wood and garbage.

Although I understand it is dry season, the grounds around the pool and the rooms are in very bad state. Also the mattresses has seen better days.

Bed bug bites in the broken toilet room

The pool area near the beach is nice. The restaurant was able to prepare fish we caught on a fishing excursion.

We were asked to move rooms after the fist night. they were doing renovations next door. The electricity was off while moving. The toilet stopped working at 7 PM in the 2nd room. The reception said he would try to get someone to fix it. No one came. While sleeping in that room I got bed bug bites. The next morning we went to breakfast. when we came back the toilet was disassembled and the floor was dirty around our suit cases. I check the mattress for bed bugs and it was very dirty. The hotel moved us to another room. That room was fine.
