A brilliant apartment to stay in. Wonderful sea views. Very comfortable facilities and spotlessly clean. Agent responded to a query we had and the site manager attended within the hour. Highly recommended.

This property was a real find! Spotlessly clean, not an insect in sight (or in the complex for that matter!) everything you need for a home from home holiday, loads of storage - I’ve never seen so many coat hangers in an apartment which for me was a big bonus 😄 but the key to this being the perfect holiday rental is its location. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, literally across the road from the beach and right on the strip. For us to be able to walk out of the complex and be right in the middle of everything made our holiday, yet by the time we were home after dinner and drinks everything had wound down and we didn’t hear a peep. Having a good supermarket nearby was vital for us with our daughter being on a special medical diet, so the Mercadona being a 3 minute walk away - and having everything we needed - was also perfect. No need to take a taxi to Lidl which we expected to have to do. Only 10 minutes/€18 in a taxi from the airport too. The apartment stayed cool even without the air con, but it worked great when we did need it for just a few euros. Communication and arrival info from the owner was great. We will absolutely be returning!

Great apartment, fully equipped and spotless. Location right behind the strip with many bars and restaurants nearby but no noise at all. Steps could be an issue for any with mobility issues but worth it for the view over the beach Thank you very much we hope to return

We arrived early evening, so the apartment was ready. Easy to find with the instruction from Richard sent the week before. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Just a heads up, get milk if you are in need of a cuppa when you get there. But our whole experience was smooth and fabulous. The views from the apartment are fantastic from lovely sunrises to sunsets. We only had one day of rain for a few hours, which isn't the norm. Bars and restaurants close by. We normally hire a car but didn't this time, which we were glad as parking is a nightmare. The cleaning lady came to change towels and bedding on the 7th day. All appliances were easy to use, we didnt need the manuals. We used the stairs on the right looking out from the apartment, found this easier to get up and down from the complex. Was a very peaceful couple of weeks which was well needed. Thank you Richard and Carol. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Apartment had everything needed, plenty of utensils, mugs, cups etc. Good shower stayed warm for three people one after the other, slightly cool for the fourth but not an issue for the climate. Didn't really use the aircon but it was cold when required to cool down a bedroom (paid for but seemed to cost pennies/cents). Beds also decent, far better than most places we have stayed at, which was a pleasant change. Apartment could hardly have been better positioned in the complex, literally two dozen steps from the pool and with a superb view over Playa Grande. Quite a few steps to get to it though, so not for anyone of limited mobility. Nice pool but not obviously heated. Again, very pleasant in the temperatures. Terrific location to access all of Puerto del Carmen, and would happily return. Host Richard was very easy to contact and helpful.

Right from the start we had very good contact with the owner which I feel is always important. The apartment itself is really well situated and has everything you require on your doorstep. Supermarkets shops bars and restaurants are all literally a short stroll away and the dive centre is about five mins walk. The Playa Grande Beach is just over the road with plentiful sun beds for hire. The apartment is modern and extremely well appointed. A lovely kitchen and bathroom, living area and a beautiful terrace overlooking the lovely pool and the beach. You can actually hear the waves lapping up onto the sand. There is also optional air con on a pay as you go basis. The beds were really comfortable and we had a good supply of fresh towels. As we were there for ten days we received a change of bedding, fresh towels and a mini clean half way through which was much appreciated. We had a fantastic time at this apartment and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend. Carla.

This complex is in the middle of the Peurto Del Carmen strip, set back between the bars/restaurants/shops. The apartment is beautifully decorated and overlooks the pool and beach. It's around a 15 mins walk to the Old Town and Harbour or you can take a taxi for 4 euros. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little apartment, beds were really comfy ( not always the case in rentals), location ideal too. If you’re a keen or even adequate cook a few more serving dishes in the place would have been welcome but overall it didn’t lessen our experience . We would definitely consider coming back . Long Beach Club ( turn left coming out of the complex cross to the other side of the Avenida and walk a few hundred metres) was a late find, absolutely glorious position , great food and ambience, definitely worth a visit.

Loved how clean apartment and complex is. Great location for beach and places to eat. View from balcony lovely. Lots of good information about local amenities and places to eat. Great stay Thankyou !! Only negative is that whilst we didn’t need the Aircon, we’d imagine having to feed coins in the meter could be quite inconvenient …. Maybe there are better way to cover costs, we’ve never come across a meter before .

At ease before arrival with information on apartment access, amenities & local attractions. Spotless apartment, comfy beds, modern kitchen. Internet really fast, huge TV with numerous channels. Property Manager often on site and helpful. Lovely sea & pool view with bonus of sunbed cushions. Great choice of bars , restaurants. Ideal relaxing by pool or long sandy beach opposite. Overall a great holiday on all counts. Will certainly return.

Excellent apartment right in the heart of Puerto del Carmenr but not at all noisy or busy. Lovely to sit out on the balcony for breakfast and gaze over the pool and on to the beach. The a[artment was spotlessly clean, had everything we wanted and very helpful information in advance. Highly recommended.

Photos of the apartment looked great on website and were accurate. View from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was main reason for our choice. Beds were comfy. All necessary crockery and cutlery were supplied. Great having a washing machine. You can buy single tablets from the German supermarket. Shower was spacious and always lots of hot water. Pool area was very clean and well maintained. 2 padded cushions for the sunbeds were provided. Sunshine on the balcony all day. Washing up liquid, sponge and tea towels. Mercadona supermarket is a short walk, everything you need. Plenty of restaurants and bars very close. There are lots of steps to get up to the apartment. Fabulous beach with sunbeds and brollies (€10 for 2 beds 1 brolly) Plenty of taxis at the airport. Just a 10 minute €15 journey to apartment. Taxi to Old Town €3. We had fantastic weather and beginning of November is a great time to go.

We just finished a lovely 9 day break on our favourite holiday location. This is our 3rd stay in Puerto Del Carmen and the location was perfect! Just off the strip (shops/restaurants) and beach just across the road but far enough not to be kept awake by the bars. The apartment was perfect for our family, overlooks the swimming pool so we could keep an eye on the kids while swimming. Wonderful sea view as well! Communication was perfect and we got supplied with lots of information about the local area. Aircon available that worked really well. Highly recommend this apartment. Cannot think of anything negative to say. We were worried about parking as we rented a car and could always find something a few minutes walk away. We will definitely go back when we visit again.

stayed here end of July to august 6th, lovely apartment which was clean & had everything just so, air cond was very welcome, the complex was quiet, so able to relax by the pool or just over the road to the beach, we'll definately be back either next year or after.. have recommended... Andrew S
