About this house rental
Fabulous newly refurbished modern three bedroom mews house conveniently located within a City Centre location and only a few minutes walk from popular high street shops, such as The White Company, Jigsaw, French Connection, All Saints, Molton Brown, Gap & Reiss or if you are looking for small independent shops, The Lanes are a must! The buzz of the seafront with all the entertainment at your fingertips, stunning sea views as you take a gentle stroll along the promenade, 5 minutes walk away.

Kitchen: Oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and breakfast bar with two stools.
Lounge/Dining Area: 6 Person dining table, sofa with coffee stands and lamp either side, central table, arm chair, TV and WIFI
W.C: Toilet and sink

Master Bedroom: Two Single Beds, bedside tables, lamps, a large free-standing wardrobe, fitted blinds and a desk/dressing table with stool & mirror.
Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, bed side tables, lamp, window desk, hanging rail and stand
Small single room: Small single bed and wardrobe. Additional foldaway bed for 6th guest to be used in the main bedroom.
W.C: Full-size bathtub with shower and sliding glass door, toilet, sink with cupboard underneath, Towel radiator and bath mat
Outside: You have your own private outdoor space directly outside at the rear of the house with a table and chairs.
Hairdryer, Netflix, Pillows, Duvets, Plug Sockets Near Beds, full-Length Mirror's and a Flat Screen TV
We have WIFI for guests to use free of charge during the stay as well!
There is a good size bathroom with a large bathtub, shower and heated towel rail. The bedrooms are designed fantastically with cotton bed linen and fluffy towels. There is also access to a single foldaway bed that can be placed in the main bedroom to house a 6th guest. The kitchen has a lovely modern feel and design. Fully equipped with ample worktops, a Fan assisted oven, electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge. Ample storage cupboards, stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. In the dining/lounge room area, there is a large sofa along with an armchair and a large seat all orientated around the TV. There is a stable and solid internet connection across the whole house.
If you enjoy a nice cup of fresh coffee each day using the brand new Nespresso Coffee Machine, please make sure you remember to bring along some coffee capsules. You may order these directly from the Nespresso website.
A great base for exploring the city and experiencing the shops, bars and restaurants. Happy for you to have a few drinks before you venture out but no house parties please.
Parking in the rear and access to the house via the street, one small step into the house.
The owners have instructed Huluki to fully manage the house, so if you have any queries you'll be able to reach out to the Property Managers. If your query is related to maintenance, the owners will be able to assist with this. Contact details will be provided in your arrival info. Located on the southern coast of England, in the county of East Sussex, it is 47 miles (76 km) south of London. The house is in a quiet street, but within seconds of the main shops and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the beach. The city provides excellent entertainment all year round with an ever-busy summer scene and a picturesque winter

Excellent location, just a short walk to all the main sights in Brighton - sea front, pier, the Lanes, i360, Toy Museum, and Pavilion. The house is in a quiet spot, was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. The parking space was useful too.
