About this apartment rental
Fantastic Garden Flat in the heart of Hove, close to everything and perfect for everyone!
The location!
Every kind of cuisine is walking distance on the main Church Road, Palmeira Square and onto Western Road. There is a local supermarket, banks, artisan bakeries and coffee shops all within a 5-10 minute walk, as well as the main Hove Railway Station with links to Gatwick and London.
The Hove Cricket Ground and Hove Lawns (great summer food festivals!) are the local attractions, and of course Hove Beach which are all walking distance. Certain areas of the beach you are allowed to BBQ. The I360 is about a 20 minute walk and further on to the West Pier and Brighton Beach.
There is a bus stop right outside which takes you to Churchill Square and further afield to Brighton Marina.
The main A23 and A27 are also easily accessible by car which takes you to Gatwick within 25-30 minutes.
The Space
Bedroom 1 - King size crushed velvet bed with Which award winning Silentnight 3 zone mattress. Perfect for a comfy night sleep! Fitted single wardrobe and chest of drawers and a full length mirror.
Bedroom 2 - Double chesterfield bed with an 8 inch mattress! spring mattress with a memory foam topper ... perfect night sleep! Chest of drawers and hanging rail and full length mirror.
Family bathroom - bath with wall mounted shower. Toilet and wall hung sink and cabinet and mirror overhead.
Open plan lounge/kitchen
Kitchen area - Fitted white gloss modern kitchen with integrated fridge and freezer. Electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine and a washer drier are all provided to meet your needs with a table and four chairs to sit and eat or work!
Lounge area - 3 seater sofa bed and flat screen TV with a DVD option and also a USB slot.

A lovely apartment, clean, modern,
spacious, well equipped, lovely bedding towels etc. Great garden and outside area, would highly recommend!
