About this house rental
This large renovated townhouse is located in the old town of La Ciotat in a quiet cul-de-sac.
To you the ciotadenne life without a car. Beach, shops, creeks, restaurants,... all is within walking distance.
You will also fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate with the 3 terraces
The large volumes and the complete equipment make it ideal for your family holiday
This accommodation is also particularly well suited for yacht crews, the shipyard is 13 minutes walk
Housing
Are included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels and two parking spaces.
For your safety and due to the health context of Covid, we carry out the cleaning with professionals who apply the protocols related to the epidemic and use products to NF EN 14476 standards.
Ideal for up to 10 people, this accommodation is in a neighbourhood of the old port that gives you the feeling of being cut off from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite everything, you are only 650 m from the quays, 350 m from the market square. Change of scenery and calm guaranteed!
The house offers a garden with a contained surface while providing the comfort of having 3 terrace areas. The main terrace is ideal for sharing large tables near the barbecue. The second more cozy under the Olive tree is appreciable for breakfast. The third offers a nice coffee corner.
There are also 2 car places secured by the gate.
On the ground floor you will find a large open space consisting of a living room, a large kitchen very well equipped open to the dining area which gives access directly to the main terrace with the large bay window.
On this same level is also a large shower room with toilet and in a row the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. It is ideal for large groups. You will also have a large bedroom equipped with a king size bed with two large windows overlooking the garden.
The first floor is dedicated to sleeping.
First of all, you will find 3 bedrooms equipped with storage and bright. The first two offer 2 single beds each. The third a double bed and a single bed.
2 of the bedrooms have access to a balcony.
In the center of these rooms is a large games room that can also be converted into a room with 2 single beds. This room has access to a balcony.
The second shower room is on this level as well as an independent toilet.
The house is old and offers a quality of natural insulation with its thick walls. It does not require air conditioning. There is also the possibility of creating good air circulation with the many windows spread over 3 facades.
Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place, recharge your batteries in this unique setting where decoration, seaside, typical Provençal rhythm of life will leave you the delicate imprint of these peaceful moments spent at the House "L'Adré".

The house is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly walked along small streets full of charms, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and creek of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
