This charming cabin tucked into the trees has everything you and your pups need for a relaxing, rural retreat. Golf enthusiasts will love being centrally located near three popular Oregon golf courses, including Bandon Dunes, Bandon Crossings, and Cedar Bend. After a day at Garrison Lake or out on the Pacific, come back to take advantage of the outdoor shower to easily spritz away the sand.
Rustic touches abound in this light-filled space, which still has all the modern amenities you need. Slide open the glass doors and you'll be in the main room, featuring a comfy sitting area, dining table, and kitchen with warm wooden countertops and a natural stone backsplash. With windows on both sides, you'll be able to enjoy the view, either cooking or doing the dishes. At night, stream your favorite shows on the TV, play a board game, or step outside onto your deck - your choice of front or back - and watch the stars rise over the treetops.

The cabin was very clean when we arrived and there were a nice assortment of towels and toiletries. The kitchen is well equipped with even a crock pot and waffle iron. The distant view of the ocean is nice. It was very quiet and peaceful here. It would be nice if there were screenss on at least one of the sliders and a couple of windows. We were there during very hot days and with no screens lot of bugs came in. It was not an option to leave the windows and sliders closed. The property is overgrown and needs some attention outside. The back is so overgrown you can't even use the steps. We had a pleasant stay in spite of the challenges.

You can’t beat the view and the outdoor space

Very clean and was beautiful views. Was so awesome to feel so far out of town but be close to town.

The bed was memory foam and you sunk into it then couldn’t move. The outside was overgrown with weeds. The floors were swept but dirty and not mopped. I know because I spilled water and when I wiped up the spill the dark vinyl flooring was dirty. There was no seating besides a couch and hard dining chairs. I used my camp chair for watching TV and sitting outside. I couldn't reached help. Texted twice but never heard back. Once because the electric furnace automatically turned on and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. I unplugged it. I guess you get what you pay for.

A sweet getaway for us. Ocean views on a hill with forest all around. Private, eclectic yet modern feel. Very nice layout and super clean.
We will be back again!

Bed making and shower too complicated; need sorting out.
Otherwise secret but convenient location and amazing kitchen were well above average. Ocean views 50% open pesky fog one night. Would return

Totally what we were looking for. A bit secluded. Cool/interesting property. Clean and well thought out interior. Felt homie

Perfect place with fabulous view. Really needs a bedside table for the bedroom and a reading light. In addition, I highly recommend you get some screens up to keep the spiders and the flies out. It’s so wonderful to let all the air in. Other than that it’s a lovely stay it’s quiet, remote and absolutely stunning.

Cleaned the toilet before using it for the first time. Damp laundry was in the dryer upon arrival. Sofa bed was broken...maybe even mildew on it. Spare blankets in bedroom smelled like wet dog, so I moved them to the breakfast nook and shut the door on that area of the home--kinda like a smell containment unit. Shower handle fell off on first use. At that point, I was so disappointed that I became irritable towards the little things that I normally wouldn't put in a review. Like all the bugs and spiders crawling out of the light sockets at night. There are no screens on the windows, so you either get really warm or really buggy. Grass hadn't been cut in a long time; it was up to my waist. Vacasa manages this property, and I have never been impressed with that company. Bottom line: In over 8 years of renting online and staying in a range of places, from studio apartments, to trailers, to luxury homes, this was my worst rental experience.

We loved the location and the home was really comfortable and cozy. There were just a few little things needed to make it perfect, such as towel rails in the bathroom (we ended up using the curtain rod to hang our bath towels.), hooks near the door or in the back room to hang wet outdoor clothing, and a corkscrew, kettle, and a few more food staples in the kitchen.
These are small things. We really enjoyed our stay!

So private and remote. Taking our dogs is important to us.
The updates and remodeling make this little home unique with the artistic touches. Very clean, comfortable, and would do it again.
Also, our last name was posted on the entry gate! (Same as owners!)

Cold
The inside was clean. The outside grounds need a cleanup. We had trouble with the house lock. Left a day early because of
lock problems. Saturday night I had to climb in an unsecured window on a ladder to gain entry. We reported the problem to Vacasas. They could not get a locksmith.
The house heater does not heat the whole house. House very cold. Housekeeper was very nice. Told us about the unsecured window.

Bumpy start.
Management was wonderful in trying to remedy the many difficulties. The house needs some adjustments including end tables and reading lights. Bath mat in shower to prevent slippage shower door needs to close. In the end the location is perfect. Bed is super comfortable with plenty of nice linens, towels, blankets and kitchen items. Heaters kept me warm and snuggly. Very close to town while feeling “away from it all”.
