.Welcome to Cabo San Lucas! We hope you will enjoy and love Cabo as much as we do. Our place is close to the city center, parks, art, culture, great views, and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and those looking to enjoy some time off.

Great Place to Stay for Sports Fishermen, Divers, and those that love the water!
The patio has two comfy loungers, a dining table with seating for 4, and a large umbrella for shade so you can sit back and enjoy the fabulous marina view. Whether the sun is setting/rising or the boats are coming in the view will not disappoint.

The kitchen is equipped with a cook top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a breakfast bar. There is an additional mini fridge located in the common space and just a few steps outside of the kitchen.

The living area is open to the kitchen and is perfect for watching tv or just lounging around. There is a flat screen television and wireless speaker for your enjoyment as well. In the common space there are two couches and one chair. One of the couches is a queen size sleeper sofa. The living room and kitchen area have their own A/C controls located in the kitchen. There is also a spacious desk/workplace if needed where you can bring your laptop and work remotely.

Bedroom #1 has access through a sliding door to the patio area. There is a king sized bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower. For storage, there are two nightstands, a dresser, and closet. Bedroom #1 has a ceiling fan and its own A/C controls.

Casa Catita is centrally located and is within walking distance to all the popular restaurants, bars, and major attractions. Shopping is also convenient either at the local Mexican markets or the Puerto Paraiso Mall. Tours, excursions, fishing, and any other activity you'd like to do will be at your fingertips. Walking the marina you will find plenty of vendors offering excursions but I would highly recommend ask to our property manager are more than happy to help with advices, recommendations, and arrangements for pretty much any activity you would like to do.

Great patio. I could sit here all day and watch the marina. Prices for food and drink in the marina are steep. 6 dollars for a bottle of small water. Check in and walk to walmart get all your goods will save a lot of money. Great kitchen and bar in the condo.

The unit itself was clean and as described. The music from the bars was not intrusive. We were scuba diving and walking distance to the dive shop/boat.

The location was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay. Everything was within walking distance. Close enough to all of the restaurants and bars and quiet enough at night to sleep (when we wanted to)! Highly recommended

We know the Tesoro location very well and were seeking a condo instead of two hotel rooms. This condo was perfect. Clean, convenient, great views and nicely decorated. Having a kitchen and laundry was really handy. We’ll be back

I’ve been with VRBO for close to 20 years and this was the best experience I’ve had! The condo is very nice -spacious -overlooking the beautiful harbor and next to great restaurants, bars ,activities ,taxi boats ,beaches, and entertainment! It is extremely quiet and we felt safe. At night you could hear some of the music from a distance ,but just turn on the black fans in the bedrooms and it will block out the noise! The managers were extremely accommodating and let us check in a little earlier as well as keep our luggage there until our shuttle picked us up! We were also given bottled water and beer in the refrigerator ,which is surprising and unusual for vRBO to do that ! There’s no need to rent a car if you’re at the harbor because everything is right there and convenient to walk to, so don’t waste your money renting a car ! -the boat taxis go to the beaches and it is so fun and cheap! Mexican are very warm and friendly people and quite frankly I feel safer in Mexico than I do United States! Some people say renting condos is expensive but get some groceries at the store and at least make breakfasts or lunch once a day and you will save hundreds of dollars to make up the difference! In addition to that, you’ll probably eat a lot healthier ha ha! The condo is so spacious and having an outdoor huge patio was amazing! We did not hear one peep from a neighbor. There are bars below us but we could not hear them at all!! I totally recommend this condo without hesitation! I must say the stove is tricky though!

what an amazing location! You overlook the marina and we got several meals downstairs since we were above the bars. Which, we never heard any noise at all when doors were shut. There were plenty of amenities and included fans in the bedrooms. But the patio was the highlight of our every evening. Overlooking the marina and watching the sunset in our own private patio was a perfect way to end every evening! Was a very safe and perfect location!
