Three bedroom / two bath secure condo within 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. Just off hwy 121. Very close to Topgolf and The Escape Game.

The location was good. However its on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

We stayed for 5 nights with our four kids and my parents, in town to see the solar eclipse. The check-in process was rather clunky, and we weren’t given our check-in information until five minutes before we could check-in, which made coordinating with a large group arriving at different times challenging. The space was clean, but one of the bathroom doors was locked when we arrived and we had to find a screwdriver to take apart the doorknob in order to get in. There was also only three rolls of toilet paper (the host did arrange for a delivery for more when we noticed we were out). There are signs warning that scam/fraud will be prosecuted in the living room, which didn’t feel very welcoming. The kitchen was pretty bare-bones and didn’t have very many pots/pans, or things you’d expect to see in a kitchen like a pizza cutter, strainer, containers/bowls, or dish towels. We ate most of our meals out, but if we had tried to cook I think we would have had a hard time. No blow dryer in the bathrooms either. I was hoping there would be a stash of board games/puzzles or something like that, for kids/adults to be able to enjoy time together, but they didn’t have any.
Overall it is in a great location with plenty to do close-by, and the condo pool is nice as well, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re hoping to spend more than just sleeping time in the space.

The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean and very comfortable. It is in a great location also. We felt very safe during out stay. We would definitely consider staying here again. The price was very reasonable for our stay. The renter was very responsive to any questions that we had. We would surely recommend this condo for anyone staying in this area.

This was a beautiful property! It was so nice to be able to feel like home and have space away from home. The location was incredible and so close to so many things we wanted to do! Teri an was awesome and so prompt answering questions and really made our stay amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of 5 and extremely clean. Teri and Jamie were very attentive when booking their location via VRBO app. The pictures advertised are exactly what you walk into, a cozy home like feel. Plenty of accommodations in the apartment. We appreciate their quick responses and walked us through every step from day 1 through check out. The Colony is perfect for those who have teens and kids age 6-12. Great dining and close to attractions. Frisco is a step away!!! I am very pleased and hope to be back soon. Thank you Teri and Jamie for making our stay so comfortable.

First impression on walking into the apartment was that it smelled so clean and fresh! Everything was there for a perfect stay. The host was extremely helpful in getting me into the apartment and providing all needed information. Since I am a non-techie (age 80), he helped me, very patiently, get into the apartment comfortably. Great personal assistance. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was a great location for our sons wedding at Chapel Ana Villa. Apartment has cute decorations and clean. Close to Grandscape. We ran in the morning in nearby neighborhood. Day after the wedding we all use the pool for family fun in hot Texas. Kitchen had enough items to cook, but mostly just basics. Keurig coffee pot and pods supplied. Table for 6 to eat. Host is responsive and very helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

Outstanding VRBO experience
Booked this VRBO over 3 months in advance and the one thing I can say is the communication with the host was incredible. The condo was clean and it was in a gated community.. NICE! It was very centrally located and I wouldn't think twice about staying there again!! Big thanx to our host for a fantastic stay!!
