The condo is perfect for a family vacation (pet and baby friendly) and had every amenity you could need. Perfectly located and easy to access Jay Peak Resort activities. The rooms are great and fully stocked!

Broken toilet that was never repaired, nor was a replacement property offered. We cut our vacation short and left early

Property was very clean but like any property/hotel don't look under couch or beds and don't open sofa beds as no one ever cleans there (crumbs, tissues, "dust bunnies", dirt and unfortunately sometimes more disgusting items) I have found that's just the way it is anywhere.
Great location, skiing was unbelievable and would definitely stay there again and big plus for us was it was dog friendly! We have a non-shedding dog so I have found in the past that dog-friendly places are somewhat less desirable and not as clean but not with this condo!

This place is wonderful clean and friendly and fully stocked updated and super enjoyable. Great location will definitely return.!

Property is clean, modern, and has a well equipped kitchen. Location is great - a short walk to get onto the ski lifts and walkable to the Jay hotel and lodge and associated restaurants. A couple of minor suggestions for the owner or property manager - we had difficulty with the main tv and more detailed instructions would have been helpful. Also rug in main bedroom should be replaced - it doesn't lie flat and is a tripping hazard.

This unit was in a great location-walking distance to Tramside restaurants & activities & a 3 minute drive to Stateside. The single level design is great for aging pups and babies. More than enough linens, towels, plates & silverware was provided. Our only complaint was that the entryway carpet smelled like it needed to be replaced(which is to be expected with that much use collecting snow/water). We had a bit of trouble getting the key code to work but the property manager was extremely quick to respond and remedy the situation. We requested a shovel to make a path(again, baby and aging pups to consider) faster then they could snowblow/plow and we got one on the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time here, this time there was snow and ice, which made it slightly a different experience. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The path down to the resort is not shoveled by any means, but you can stomp through the snow. I found the salt to salt down the walk, but I did not find a shovel. I wish there was a box or two of tissues at the house. The heat was blasting when we got there and finding that comfortable setting was a little difficult on the heater slide.

This is a hidden gem. Everything you need for a perfect getaway. Thank you.

Great location and a nice unit. My only complaint is that there is a notice in the unit saying pets cannot be left unattended, but that was not in the listing. Needed to rethink part of our trip as a result.

Perfect little place within a couple minutes walk from tram and pumphouse. Pro tip, get your groceries before you go up the mountain. As you get closer to the peak the prices go up. Also book on weekends or during the busy seasons as if you want to eat at a restaurant their are not open and close super early during the week. Most of the restaurant are only open during ski periods as well. If you are vegan or dairy sensitive plan to cook for yourself. Very few options that don't contain some type of cheese or butter.

We had a great stay at this lovely condo! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to slopes and to the water park. Nice kitchen, master bedroom, and primary bathroom. The setup of the condo was perfect for our senior Golden who struggles with stairs. Our only surprise was that the 2nd twin bed noted on the listing is stored underneath the bunk bed. We would have liked an additional lamp of some sort in that bedroom, but that's a very minor complaint! We hope to head back next winter.

Questioned about water park, was told included in price found incorrect. Was in contact with management company, they were suppose to get back to me never heard from them. TVs are confusing we’d better directions on using them. Many other issues

Location was good, walking distance to Tramside. Was giving wrong lock box code. Other than that was a great trip.

Prior reviews painted a less than perfect setup as my wife and I decided to try the condo out anyhow. The property was terrific and exceeded our expectations. Property cleanliness throughout was great, the bunkbed worked out very well and the kitchen dining setup was spot on for our family of six. The location being a first floor end cap was very efficient with parking right in front which made load in and load out easy. The slopes/lifts are a very short parking lot walk away from the front door. Thank you again and we would definitely reserve this unit again in the future.

What i didnt expect these high quality accessories in the condo. There was a large Hitchens with a good size kitchen island, long table with long benches sit, a dishwasher, electric stovetop/oven, regular size washing machine/dryer, fully made comfortable beds with warm comfy blanket(and extra blanket in the closet), there was two decks with one with a sliding glass door, plenty if extra kitchen appliances/ tools, plenty of towels with Dove soap and shampoos/ conditioners, and a large bathtub with great water pressure.

We had a great extended weekend at Jay staying in this rental. It is small, but perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 12), and our dog. Check in was easy and we got a message from Vacasa saying we could check in early while we were on our drive up. The wood burning fireplace was so cozy and nice to use. We couldn't find matches or a lighter so we bought a big box of matches for the condo and left it in the cabinet above the fridge for future guests. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the dryer to dry our wet bathing suits and towels after the water park. The location was ideal. We could easily walk across the parking lot to ski down to the Metro Quad. We also walked to the lodge to get pizza and walked to the water park. I'd definitely stay here again!

The condo is nice and very convenient to the tram side lifts!

The condo is nice, but it is a bad deal for the price because there are a lot of additional cleaning fees, and the condo has not been deep-cleaned in a long time. There were also a number of broken features. Nobody offered to refund any money for the broken, unusable fireplace- no one even answered my emails. We rented an expensive condo over Christmas to have a fireplace and it was not usable. I called Vacasa once and talked to someone in another part of the country who could not help.
The fireplace was unusable (broken sliding glass door), a drawer in the kitchen has a front panel that falls off if touched, and although superficially clean, if you look behind anything, (in kitchen drawers, the trash pull-out, or under the couch, behind night stands, it's very dirty. There are no pillow covers on the stained foam pillows, and the one fleece blanket had little black hairs all over it (not our hair color!) We rent homes many times a year, and this is not typical either for Vacasa or VRBO. I did call the 800 numbers and tried to email with vacasa, but no one has contacted me or answered my emails- they just kept sending the "please review" link- so here's the review. For the price we paid, the condition was unacceptable. The cleaning people come in and clean and they did a fine job- but there is a limit to what they can do in a few hours. Someone who cares needs to go in and do a "deep clean" and get rid of other people's hair and food. In theory, the high fees that I was charged were for just that purpose so.... someone has collected the money and just isn't cleaning and fixing. We wIll return to Jay Peak, but we will find a different place to rent.

Very nice condo. Super close to slopes & water park. End unit with 2 balconies was a nice bonus too.

Good price. Location is perfect for tram side. They need a new bed/frame for the bunk bed bedroom. It was broken when we arrived and not safe for kids to sleep on. Other than that it was clean and nice little condo.

Location was great 200 yards to Tram House base and pump house water park.
Clean and roomy for family of 4 with dog.
Everything you need right there. Did not have to drive for anything.!
Bunk bed was a little broken and ladder was not totally attached.
Primary bed was very small seems like only a full not a queen.
No phone ( only need I was told to call for shuttle to other base) had to call hotel and get transferred multiple times to get shuttle operator. If had a house phone could have ideales direct was told.
Great to have a Fireplace but was told we had to provide our own fire wood which was a bummer.

This is a great little condo. Bunkbed needs a little work on the support of the bottom bunk, came apart when a kid sat on it, but we got it back together. Looked like that wasn't the first time it was put back together. Location was perfect for the hockey tournament. Only the heater in the living room worked, but it was ok. Loved the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful few days in Jay Peak. Cozy home, perfect for our family and puppy. Great location, we walked everywhere.

Overall my experience was great though my only suggestion would be that some of the blankets had a smell as though they weren’t cleaned properly, as well as the extra blankets and pillows that were stored in the closets.

Property is listed as having 4 beds "1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twin" but really only has 3 beds with frames (Queen, Double, and ONE Twin). The other "Twin" is an old moldy mattress on the floor. When I contacted someone about it, a Regional Manager from Vacasa got back to me saying essentially "sorry, yep, the housekeeper said that mattress on the floor is the other Twin bed." A mattress on the floor is NOT a bed. Hotel rooms listed as 2 Queen beds don't have 1 Queen bedframe with an old queen mattress stuffed under it! There was no offer to troubleshoot such as move our family to another unit, or try and bring in a hideaway bed from the hotel nearby (part of the same resort), nothing. It's not my job to troubleshoot when I'm the customer. The mattress on the floor was so uncomfortable for one of my family members it detracted from their sleep and therefore their experience, and I had to spend a day driving home to get one of our air mattresses, losing and entire day of my vacation that I was paying for...very very frustrating. We spend most of our vacation days outside exploring but when we are in the rental unit it's to eat and sleep, so inaccurate and uncomfortable bedding really impacted this trip. I've never had this problem with other vacation rental services so why would I use this service again?

I loved this condo and it’s location, so much that I extended my trip an extra day to bask in Jay Peak a little longer.
Everything I needed for my stay was there and then some. Being able to walk out of the door and onto the trails made me feel like I was in heaven. I will definitely be booking here again.

We are always thankful to find rental units where dogs are allowed and we aren’t gauged on the ‘pet deposit’ - the place was clean, stocked with all the necessities and nicely updated. Thanks!

Exceeded expectations
For our first trip to Jay Peak for an end-of-season ski outing, we weren't sure what to expect. This condo exceeded all expectations with its convenient location, cleanliness, cozy layout, and inviting ambiance. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location
Very short walk to get to the Tram base lifts or short walk to get back to the unit. Perfect for a family of 4, but could accommodate more with the extra beds, though it might feel a little crowded. Everything seem fairly new, not worn out like some rentals.

Excellent location and cozy condo. Was super clean and our group had a great time.

Very nice, clean, but more info would be helpful
Very clean, nice space. It would have been very helpful to have Instructions on how to use the entry/lock keypad, heat, TV and fireplace. We were unable to use the TVs at all. FYI- the couch is overdue for replacement and had an odor. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds, pillows, linens and sheets were new and nice. We were not left with enough dry firewood for the weekend, there was a large supply outside, but it was all wet/frozen under snow. Very thin walls from our neighbors FYI. I was unable to reach management in a timely fashion at any point, I think most of the responses by text were obviously from a 'bot'.

Great property and location. However, we were provided the wrong code for the key lock box. We had a prior commitment, so we arrived fairly late on our check in date. It was very cold and it took more than 1 hour to get assistance and the correct code. The condo description should point out that twin mattresses (not an actual bed) are provided, to help accommodate the 6th person. Also, would be nice to have a toaster and hair dryer provided. Overall, we were happy with the condo and would stay again. Just would double check the lock box code.

Comfortable slopeside getaway
Location was perfect. Plenty of space for my family of 5 and our dog. Everything we needed was there. Temperatures were below zero so didn't ski as much as we wanted but still enjoyed our time away.

Great place!
This location is right next to the main base area. Super convenient.
