We had a great time during our stay at Alpine Ridge. The property was as described in the listing. It was clean and the management team was responsive during our stay. We enjoyed the quiet location near the golf course, and the opportunity to see a bear and 5 cubs one morning below the deck. If I had to list one item that could be improved, more kitchen towels would have been helpful. One upstairs and one from the kitchenette downstairs was just not enough. At least two in each space would have been better. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay!

The house met our needs. We wee looking for a large enough home with enough space for our large group. The pool table was a big hit with our group.
The single biggest issue with our stay was our inability to have any consistent internet service. I was never able to use my computer and cell phone clarity was sporadic. I had to walk down the driveway or go on the upper terrace in order to have any type of service,

We loved our stay! The house and location were perfect for our two families to get together. There was plenty of room for the kids to spread out at night, and also lots of places for the adults to hang without waking anyone up. Super close to restaurants and cool trails. Very clean and well kept property. We were sad to leave!

We stayed here for our annual men's golf trip. We were less than a minute from the golf course. The official sized pool table downstairs was also wonderful.

This house is amazing. Perfectly clean, well stocked, well laid out. The downstairs area with the pool table and games were a great kid escape for the 5 teens and tweens we had with us. Beautiful views off the back porch as well.

Our Mom used to come to this area to visit and stay during summer months with her grandparents when she was a child. The area holds great memories for her. She just celebrated her 85th birthday and Helen was her choice of where to go. We had family in from various states and they all commented on what a lovely place we had to stay. If you have a special occasion and need a home that will accommodate a large group, this is it. Beautiful! You won’t be sorry.

We had 9 of us (2 families) enjoying the Blue Ridge Mountains, our SD family’s first time in N Georgia. The home was perfect for us. Great bedroom space, living space and game space. We would absolutely stay here again.

House was perfect for our family. Very clean and well maintained. Very secure and convenient location to all local attractions. Would definitely recommend this home to others. Extremely pleased with this rental.

THIS IS OUR SECOND STAY IN THIS HOME, WE LOVE THIS PLACE BUT IT IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF NEW BED MATTRESSES AND PILLOWS. THE ARE ALL VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!

7 of us stayed here for our annual bike training week in the mountains.
Property was very clean and nicer than advertised. There was plenty of parking for our 3 cars and room for at least 2 more.
The roads to the house are all paved and we were able to ride our bikes to and from the house although we found an easier route up the hills rather than straight there.
The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had many plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils for meals.
The deck in the back was comfortable to relax on and was very private.
Overall a very nice place to stay.

This house was perfect for our family. There's a lot of space and the basement was perfect for all the kids to hang out at. There's a lot of hiking places nearby (Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls). It was perfect for all the kids. The only problem was the wifi. It never worked while we were there but there was fair warning about it before we booked.

Loved this property!!! Short stay but thoroughly enjoyed the space! Super clean and well decorated. We booked last minute and had some issues with emails but was able to resolve through communication with property manager. I was worried when having to fill out so many extras for community but paid off with the quite environment and great space for our party of 10. Bottom floor was amazing for our group to hang out and enjoy. We hope to return.

The pictures do not do the property justice, it is a very spacious and clean home. The property is well prepped for cooking, games, and has great living spaces. Overall we really enjoyed everything.

We had an amazing vacation! Location is great! House is spotless (coming from OCD family). Some family members were complaining about wi-fi poor connection, I look at it as positive feature. All family spend time together, played games and spend time outside - device free vacation. Would come back again and definitely would recommend it!!

This property was even better than the pictures. We LOVED the game room and used that for most of the trip. It was so close to downtown. The kitchen was beautiful. The only problem we ran into was cell phone service. The wifi did not work, even after resetting it a couple times, and we were not able to get any cell reception. It was not a deal breaker for us, because we all needed a break from our phones anyways, but it made it a little difficult to research the area. Would definitely stay again :)

This property was clean, and we loved the large dining room table. There was more than enough space for everyone, and it had great area downstairs to hang out.
We were close to the town, and we enjoyed our time here.
The most difficult for us was the automated emails sent to deal with problems, and not really knowing who we could contact for any issues. When we checked in, there was a broken window in the master bath. We sent an email, but received no response.
Since we did not cause the problem, I am concerned that there was no response.

The house was very clean, well stocked & had tons of room, so don't let the size of the house from the looks of the pictures fool you. The only things that I would change is some kind of outside seating on the front porch, a covering for the bottom window in the master bathroom & none of us could figure out the WiFi. We called & someone came out to look at it... said that it was working fine, but none of us could connect. We read the guest book, in the cabin & apparently, we were not the only ones who had this problem. Having said all of that, it actually worked out better because our kids were focused on spending time with us instead of their electronics, so we just left it alone. All & all, we had a great time - would definitely rent from this company, again, in the future.

Overall, a good location and house for a group.
We enjoyed the house but if you are expecting Wi-Fi check before you go to make sure it is working. The property manager and maintenance guy were really nice but the Wi-Fi issues were never resolved.

Perfect getaway for our family!
My sister and I wanted to treat our family to a quick getaway to Helen, GA. We had never visited before and wanted a location nearby but with a totally different scenery than what we’re used to. This property checked off all our boxes!! We had a total of 4 adults (including our 71 year-old mom) and 6 kids (ages ranging from 4-17) and it was perfect for our family.
The kids quickly claimed the downstairs area. They had plenty of room to spread out. The large sectional was perfect for late night movies. They appreciated the mini fridge and microwave as well as the gaming tables.
The scenery is beautiful in this area. The town is quaint with lots of local attractions. The house was CLEAN and well stocked. We had no maintenance issues during our stay. We did have an issue with connecting a laptop to the wifi but the property manager was quick to respond to us.
Would DEFINITELY recommend this property to other families!
