Very pleasant stay beds are really comfortable

Just could hear everything what was happening with in the building with some of the other guest shouting at half past 12 walking up the stairs

Great gem of a B&B

Great little place! The room was a little small but had all we needed . TV, tea/coffee making facilities which were restocked daily. The biggest bonus was the free parking. Also was the short distance to the main attractions.

There was no option for breakfast as since COVID it's not been reinstated, but this suited our needs , it's 2 minutes from Macdonald's or many cafes selling a full English, so not a problem! X

Cheap and cheerful

Location was good. Hosts opened bar when we wanted a drink served when we needed. Comfy beds.

Would have been perfect if was a b&b. TV was hard to watch in room as on the same wall as head of beds.

Great location and spitless

For the money this place was spot on . Exceptionally clean . Room was superb small but everything we needed shower was brilliant . Shame these guys don't do breakfast as we would have ate there . Deffo will stop here again

Clean, but very, very small room.

The location of the house was good for our purpose.

It was a family room, but it was so small that 1 of us had to move out of the way, so the other person can go in. The bathroom was very, very small. The sink was tiny, I could bearly fit my hands to wash my face. Everything was looking old. The toilet was not working properly, and the smell was not pleasant. The window could not be closed. The kettle was not working, but the lady was able to replace it. Unfortunately, it was definitely not what we expected. K

Great accommodation

One site parking a huge advantage for Blackpool. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation let us check in early when we arrived to let them know we were parking out front. Room was clean, comfy bed with warm duvet and perfect for our 1 night stay

Fantastic staff, comfortable and welcoming

Just a short walk from the town centre, exceptionally clean and fantastic, friendly staff, all for a very good price! During our two night stay, the room was cleaned for us which was completely unexpected but lovely to return to after a day exploring the town. The welcome was second to none and we couldn’t have asked for a warmer, more pleasant arrival. Could not rate the service enough! Brilliant stay and would definitely recommend! We will absolutely be returning here in the future.

Good location and stay, Will come back again just maybe not during a heat wave

great location with free parking and flexible and easy check in and check out.

It was incredibly warm in our room despite the windows being open from before we arrived. Could’ve done with a fan but other than that good facilities.

Wouldn't recommend it never be back false advertising on booking .com booked it as b&b

Booked thinking it was b&b it wasn't ,then put in what I can only explain as half a garage no room to move single isle from door to toilet totally disappointed to be honest , no blond on toilet window I'm a woman had a 15 yr old daughter who wouldn't shower because window looking in shocking
