Enjoy this charming newly constructed 2000+ sq. ft. mountain home nestled among the trees. Walking distance to Chamber's Landing, Private Beach, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Courts. One mile from Homewood Ski Resort and West Shore Café. You are only steps away from biking and hiking trails and State Parks.
This tastefully furnished, four bedroom, two and half bath home has all you will need to enjoy a perfect holiday! The vaulted, beamed ceilings and large river rock fireplace, appoint the warm and spacious great room, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family. The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, spices and staples, and limited pantry; granite countertops, bar seating, and adjacent dining area. Accommodating up to 12 people, it is a great space for family meals or that holiday feast!
The floor plan offers two mini master suites with queen beds, a sink/vanity in each room, and a shared shower and toilet. The third room has a king bed and the fourth room has a queen and a bunk bed. Each bedroom boasts a mountain theme. This beautiful home has street level access, a sunny rear deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, parking for up to 2-4 cars, and is also equipped with barbeque gas grill, washer and dryer, cable television and Internet. There is no hot tub.
Prestigious Chamberlands is perfect for couples and for families., This home rental offers guests access to Chamber's Landing Membership amenities in the summer mid June to Labor Day. Minutes away from Homewood, Alpine Meadows, NorthStar and Palisades Tahoe ski resorts. You will have a wonderful time, any season, at this great family getaway.
Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill are NOT available during the winter months.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

If not for the dirty pots and pans, overflowing trash cans and no warning about the electrified bear mat that shocked our grandson to tears as we entered through the front door, we loved the house from top to bottom; location, decor nd Chamber’s access.
