About this house rental

Visit world famous Siesta Key Beach and stay in this newly renovated cozy 5 bedroom 4 bath home. This home is less than 500 yards to more private Shell Beach and only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach! When you don’t have your toes buried in the fine white sand sun bathing with friends and family, relax on the large private pool patio. Plenty of room for everyone to relax under the lush tropical palm landscape or take a swim into the heated pool and spa. Kick back in the evenings around the propane fire-pit and enjoy cooking on the grill. This home features 3 master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Both of which have direct access to outdoor patio. A fourth bedroom has a private outdoor sitting area accessed through a sliding glass door. All bedrooms (except bunk bed room) are fitted with large smart TV’s. Have fun cooking and eating in the updated kitchen with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee brewed from either of the 2 provided coffee makers (12 cup drip and Keurig or keg cups). Enjoy your coffee and breakfast sitting at the outdoor dining table while you admire the morning sun shine through the Florida palm trees. We were there for Ringling graduation week, and were able to enjoy fantastic food in the area, and explore 4 of the beaches. The pool/hot tub were great to come back to each evening. The house was quite comfortable and well stocked with everything we could need.

This house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space and we loved the outdoor patio, hot tub & pool. The house is close to everything. I would only suggest that the fan in the bunk bed room be moved to a different spot.

Cooking supplies are limited for a large group. We enjoy eating out once a day. Diswasher does not function properly. The pool use was very cool the hot tub was nice. The fan on the ceiling in the room with the bunkbeds does not leave space for a child to get in and out of bed safely, i think separation of the twin beds would be beneficial to future guests. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

The house was great for three generations to stay with 5 bedrooms. It was very clean and when we noticed a couple things we needed for the kitchen, the house manager came over with them on Christmas Eve day. We went to the small beach one day but enjoyed the larger beach that was just a short drive away. We also enjoyed the bicycles that were available to us. I would definitely recommend this house and plan to return soon!

We loved this house. So spacious. Bathrooms in every room and very clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Outside seating was wonderful, bikes in garage to take to local beaches. Turtle beach was our favorite! The house had everything we needed, pool/beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, etc. every room had a door to the pool, which was great. Decorated nicely and super clean. We cannot recommend it more. Bed were all super clean and comfortable. New washer and dryer as well. Just amazing!

This house is fantastic! The size of the bedrooms and number of bathrooms make it very comfortable for a large group. Owners were very accommodating. Shell Beach was a disappointment, we ended up driving into town each day to enjoy the beaches.

Our kids and grandkids joined us for a week at this property and we had a wonderful time. Bedrooms gave plenty of room for everyone to spread out and each having their own bathroom was really nice. The house was well supplied and had several nice beach chairs, working bicycles, a wagon for the beach toys, plenty of towels, dishes . Out door pool space was large and comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone who has a large family who wants to vacation together. Very comfortable

We loved everything about this house! Amazing layout inside with plenty of room for two families to spread out yet connect in the living space and large kitchen. What was truly unforgettable was the outdoor patio/pool/spa/fireplace area. The perfect combination of sun and shade. Biked to town often making it very convenient. Loved the house!

This property is very accommodating for a large family or group. We loved that everyone had their own beds to sleep in and bathrooms. The house was clean and looks just like the pictures. The outdoor patio area and pool were wonderful as was the location. Trey (Property Manager) was very responsive. We loved this area of FL and will definitely stay at this property again.

We were there for Christmas as a family, lots of space, cooked most of our meals in, kitchen and outdoor grill were just what we needed. We rented a golf cart which worked out great. Home was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Close to everything, quiet street. Only had an issue with ants but when brought to the attention of the maintenance guy Steve, he immediate came over and did what he could to solve the issue. I can’t say enough about how nice and helpful he was.

Property was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is very well kept. Location is perfect only a bike ride or 3 minute drive to the village. Pool and hot tub are both great. Definitely will stay here again.

The property is possibly even better in person than the photos show (and those are some fine pictures of what you'll be renting) ! The house is perfectly situated close to everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our family enjoyed every moment we spent there, and would love to come back again as soon as we possibly can! Excellent vacation house. The place is exactly as seen in the pictures. The property is a golf cart/bike ride away from the villages, beach and playgrounds. The pool and hot tub was perfect. The house as stocked with everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed. We were very accommodated and can’t wait to spend another staycation here.

This house was fantastic. The neighbors were nice, the house was spotless and we cooked a lot of our meals but it’s also close to shops and restaurants. It was the perfect, laid-back vacation. We went for wonderful walks and runs along the water and the beach was an easy drive away. We will be back!

Loved the spacious five bedroom facility home with very private pool with sun and shade options. Accommodations very comfortable. Found kitchen to be under equipped for number of bedrooms (missing serving trays, bowls, cutting board, etc). Also, two of the guest showers have no soap tray, making it difficult to handle the soap while in the shower. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time at this amazing property! From the minute you walk through the door, you feel welcomed to paradise! We had a group of 6 adults and a 2 year old and this house was perfect. We loved the large open living space to hang out in and the privacy of the bedrooms to retreat to. But the crown jewel here is that pool and that hot tub. WOW! We wish we were still there! And, the location is a “10” with the Village just a short distance to the south. Our host, Trey, was great to work with from start to finish! Thank you Trey!

This is a beautiful home conveniently located to the siesta beaches and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The fire pit is an awesome plus. We had a few maintenance issues with it being newly renovated, but everything was fixed in a timely manner. Overall very relaxing.
