We enjoyed our stay at our vacation home while spending 3 days in Thermopolis. The proximity to the Dinosaur Center was great and it was also an easy walk/drive to the hot springs. The backyard was nice for playing and relaxing. Our kiddo enjoyed the scooters and space to run around. Beds were comfortable and linens were high quality

Couldn't have asked for a better stay for our family in Thermopolis. The home is cozy, clean, and complete with everything you need for your stay: whether it's one night or a week+. Dale provided a warm welcome once we checked-in and promptly answered a few questions that we had during our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there were really thoughtful touches, like farm fresh eggs, banana bread, and more for a homestyle breakfast in the morning. The kids loved the ice cream, as well! Really can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you, Dale -- we'll be back!

My 18 year old son and 2 friends joined for a fishing trip. The place was clean, comfortable beds, and the owner put a lot of attention into details (water, ice cream, etc) to make it extra special. I’d book it again for sure.

We rented Dale's place at the end of our Wyoming experience. It was perfect for our family of 6! We cooked out, spread out and relaxed in the hot springs. The Dinosaur Museum was a great experience. Dale had the place well stocked, as well as extra treats for us. Thanks for a great ending to our family vacation.

The manufactured home was very clean and nicely decorated. However it does need some updating. It was so nice to be close enough to walk or ride the provided bikes to the hot springs pools or walk into town. Our family enjoyed dinner on the covered patio in the beautiful back yard. The kids had fun roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Overall our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay in Thermopolis.

We really enjoyed out stay at this property. It is located on quiet streets within walking distance of Hot Springs State Park and the hot springs tourist attractions such as Star Plunge. The dinosaur center is a 3 minute drive away or you could walk there as well. There is ample river access for bank fishing if desired. Every morning we would take a long walk with our dog on the peaceful streets. The hosts were great and helpful.
Select breakfast items were provided including fresh eggs and there was some water, tea, and ice cream. This was a great property and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Thermopolis.

The house is cozy and clean with plenty of space for our family 5. My partner and I were looking to fish and the kids had plenty to do with the hot springs right there too. It's a really great place, low key, clean, quiet and beautiful. Everything is in walking distance.
We have gotten a lot of rentals over the years but this one really stands out. The owner is a great guy from the town and very helpful. He knows all the best places and is a fantastic host. It was exactly what we were looking for and we hope to come back next year.

The house was just what we needed and so we’ll stocked. To go in after a long day of driving and find tomorrow’s breakfast in the refugee and fresh banana bread on the table was a special treat! Location was close to everything and the town of Thermopolis and true gem. Dale was very helpful with directions and information as well.

My family had fun! We were able to walk or ride bikes all over town. Great location. We also had fun in the spacious backyard where we played games and used the bbq and fire pit. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Our host, Dale, was very responsive and helpful! We will return on another trip!!
5.0
Dale was amazing to work with and very welcoming! His place was by far the nicest & cleanest place to stay. We were welcomed with OJ, oatmeal, eggs, and the best home made banana bread loafs. It was a very sterile, clean, and warm place to spend the weekend with family members. Six of us stayed there site seeing, playing his many games and relaxing. Great quality family time vs. purchasing a hotel room. You will be spoiled staying at his place!
4.0
Nice place to stay. Very welcoming with nice touches like banana bread, tea and orange juice. The bikes looked like fun but there was too much snow when we stayed. Dale and the host were both very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again but we would like to go in the summer.

5 members of my family got drawn for an antelope hunt in the Thermopolis area. We all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ouch Grandma's. Dale Clark was a gracious and friendly host he even let us extend our departure date one day and gave us a great rate for the extra day. The place is only a short walk to the Dinosaur Museum only a couple blocks to the hot springs baths. It was a beautiful place we stayed a total of 9 days. I would love to go back soon and just fish.

My family of four and 2 of my daughter's friends stayed here for her 30th birthday. We were in Wyoming to take her to the Dinosaur Dig at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center.
This property exceeded all of our expectations! Dale the host was beyond wonderful, from answering questions to offering to mail reading glasses he thought we left behind. The house is adorable, so comfortable and immaculately clean. it could not be better situated in Thermopolis. It was 30 seconds from the Dinosaur Center and less than a minute to the Hot Springs. We cannot thank Dale enough and we will definitely stay at Ouch Grandma's again when back in Thermopolis.

We weren't sure what we were getting when we booked this property -- it was a new listing with no photos of the house. We took a chance and it worked out great!
The hosts were so responsive and helpful, not to mention very generous! The refrigerator was stocked with bottled water, ice tea, banana bread, frozen treats of all kinds, and so much more.
The home is very comfortable and clean (so clean we thought we must have been the very first guests!), inside and out. We loved spending evenings enjoying hors d'oeuvres outside at the table under the awning or sitting around the firepit. There were bikes and scooters, fishing poles and other great accessories we were free to use.
There were 5 adults in our group and the home was perfect for us. The location is very convenient and also very quiet.
And did I already mention how wonderful the hosts were? Thank you very much for everything D and M!

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of rental properties in a number of countries. This is one of the all-time best. The owner was fabulous, really quick in correspondence, and really accommodating. We must have exchanged 20 messages and texts before we even arrived. Then he stopped by when we were checking out. The place is in a quiet friendly corner of town, right near the hot springs. He has stocked the property with more coffee than I've ever seen in my life, and a refriegerator completely full of tea. water, and other drinks. As the listing says, he provides bicycles for the family, and it's a totally bicycle-friendly town. He also has a complete set of fishing rods, enough for a family. Really lovely experience. One of the absolute best.

The property was well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. There was even banana bread in the fridge for us! It was very clean and they had many games, cards, fishing tackle, and books! The managers checked on us to make sure our stay was great! They are wonderful people and very nice! Great location for getting to the hot springs and the river! There were 9 of us and a baby and we were comfortable!
