Overall was not a terrible stay. The room did not have any sort of drawers for storage and half of the lights in the room did not work. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we also came at a time when the pool was closed. The hot tub was open and was often full.

This hotel is dated for sure but hot springs make it worthwhile. One outdoor hot pool was open, no indoor pools or swimming pool. Safari club is a hoot. Location is great. TV and internet worked just fine. Tanning bed is at a charge. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy! Would stay here again.

The hot springs pool was wonderful. Staff was wonderful. And breakfast was good. Warm food besides the usuals.

As with all the other reviews I read first, it is an older property with a lot of character. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, the food was good in the restaurant and reasonably priced, but the service was excellent. I love that they already had thanksgiving decorations up everywhere two days after halloween. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean, but just really outdated, and some maintenance needed for some small things ...like a chain lock on the door was broke. I would definitely stay there again though.

Didn’t have any issues with this hotel. The front desk people were all very friendly.

Older hotel. Rooms are clean and neat, but the building is old. The staff is awesome, friendly, professional. You’re staying in a quiet remote part of Wyoming with natural hot springs, which are right next to resort. You can walk tree lined sidewalks to soak. The hotel has its own large naturally fed hot tub.

The hotel is older, but well kept. Easy check in, friendly staff, and good location for walking to everything. Our room was clean, quiet, and had comfy beds. We ate dinner in the Safari Club and had a nice meal and drinks. Not a fancy place, just a good place for a good price.

Older facility but overall in good shape. Regarding free breakfast... Since it was free, we got what we paid for. 😔

The resort is a bit run down, but the staff was good. Nice place to visit.

It was a decent stay. Place is older and really needs a facelift, but this is our go-to place when we stay in Thermop.

Service was good, front desk people were good, so were the cookies. Could use new mattress and some general updating. Some things were old style but worked fine. Wish breakfast had some additional items: cheese, real oatmeal, etc. Love the hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hot Springs hotel and spa. The staff all around, they were excellent! It was right next to the river and the walking trails were lovely. It was just a several minute walk to the Starr plunge pools and the Tee Pee pools. Also the bathhouse pools.
Our hotel room is very nice right off the courtyard. In our room, it was stocked very well with the towels bathroom amenities.
you also have the microwave a small refrigerator a coffee machine if needed.
We dined in the Safari club one evening, very pleased with our service and dinner cooked to perfection.
Our one drawback was the large pool was closed for the season and it was still 90° there in September. There was a small mineral pool as a size of a hot tub on a nice deck, with 10 people are more trying to get in at once. The small wooden deck that surrounded the small mineral pool was filled with many people all the way around, so there was no way you could ever get into sit in the pool because of the size and so many wanting to enjoy as well.

We wanted to go to the state park bath house and you’re pretty much across the street.

An older hotel (used to be a Days Inn), it's still pretty nice. The in-house restaurant is convenient, has good food, and is close to reasonably priced. Staff is great, as is the mineral water hot tub in back, and they gave us chocolate chip cookies each afternoon. Within walking distance of Hot Springs State Park. Exercise area, with an upstairs and downstairs (never seen that before in a hotel gym). Biggest drawback: no elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

Dated but clean rooms. Had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was not very hot but staff adjusted it during their rounds. The area around the hotel is beautiful and walkable.

Nice stay for the price.

My 6-lb dog happened to suffer a full blown seizure right after we arrived to the room. The lady at the front desk helped direct me to the restaurant where another lady hurried and got me a cup of vanilla ice cream that I was asking for. Paxton made a full recovery and I can’t thank your staff enough!

Food in the restaurant was good. It was a quiet hotel with easy access to the Hot Pool. Bathroom wasn't especially clean but the staff was very accommodating. I would stay there again.

Amazing stay, we loved the area, great for dogs, Beautiful park like setting with walking paths along the river. Viewing the Buffalo was amazing and seeing the Hot Springs and sitting in the Hot Springs at the Hot Springs hotel. Would definitely come back.

Older place that is maintained well, clean, and comfortable. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel. Excellent theming. Easy walk to nearby hot springs but the hotel has its own in the courtyard. Close to other attractions. Easy parking.

Loved the front desk staff. They were so cordial and accommodating. They made it fun. Loved the coffee and breakfast. And being able to sit outside our room & enjoy morning & evening.

The room we sleep in was so filthy. My bathroom door was broken it would get stuck and then I would have to slam it to shut it all the way. The bathroom was not cleaned after the person who left before me. Their hair was still in the bathtub……! It smells like dogs when you walk down the halls. Let’s talk about the restaurant, the food tasted like you just ate a full spoon of salt. Both of the dinners we ordered tasted like crap and we spent so much it’s so sad people don’t have work ethic anymore .

The mineral hot tub was great, the place is old, the door to the room stuck was hard to open and shut, the pictures in the hall were pretty cool, would stay here again

Close to Hot Springs Park & river for walking.

The staff was incredible. The mineral pool was wonderful. The only problem was the bed; it was slanted with the bead of the bed being downhill. I had to remake the bed and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed.

I've been all over the world and have stayed at many (historical) 5-stars, but this might be my favorite hotel. Everyone in the hotel was in good cheer because of the atmosphere. Great staff. A truly unique American experience. Incredible. Thank you.
