Each of the four suites has a smart TV. The primary suite boasts an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in rain shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Comfy seating surrounds the Solo Stove wood-burning firepit in the covered lounge. The adjacent grassy yard has an outdoor shower.
The balcony features a gas grill and a table for four. Take in the sprawling vista that extends to the Gulf on the second balcony.
Incredible shared amenities include the elegant pool (heated and open year-round) -- rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury.
Enjoy food service and air-conditioned baths across the boardwalk at the private beach. During the summer, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent.
The redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, with inspired greens and lush fairways.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Access to pool is great.
Bdrms are good. Needs one more king bed.
Kitchen is well stocked.
Had an electrical issue...repair svc was quick and effective.
Winter hours for resort client services not the best.
This unit absolutely should have an does not.
Not immediately noticeable but after several days in the house your clothes and other items absorb smell of smoke. Think it is a smoker's home.
No access to back door through garage....not good as back gate entrance area was/is muddy due to it being under pool construction.
