MAIN LIVING SPACE: Return from beach or pool to a grand, light-filled space on the second floor that invites relaxed gatherings and good times! The open-concept plan combines kitchen, dining, and living room, where luxe furnishings have contemporary lines and colors of sand and sea foam. A large sectional sofa and chairs join a massive custom maple dining table that seats 14, while the high-end kitchen features all-white cabinetry, two dish washers, gas range, an island that seats 4, and more chef-worthy extras, including a butler’s pantry, espresso station, and wine fridge. Wicker globe lighting and a khaki surfboard nod to beach life amid the classic white color scheme. Thoughtful extras like the changing table in the second-floor powder room make families welcome! Beyond the main living space, a first-floor den with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a sit/stand custom work desk, contemporary artwork, and wet bar, plus the third-floor bunkroom den, accommodate groups of all ages and interests.
OUTDOOR SPACE: From a spacious, rear balcony enjoy views of serene South Town Lake! Outdoor seating and dining areas plus a gas grill suggest coastal cookouts during your stay, while a spiral stairway leads to the third-floor viewing tower balcony with bird’s-eye views of lake and village! Front decks and porches overlook the charming streetscape and Lakeshore Park.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The primary king suite on the first floor has lake views, with walls of windows creating a light-filled, water-connected space; the impressive primary bath features a soaking tub inside a large-scale, glass-front double shower, bidet, towel warmer, and heated bathroom floors perfect for the cooler seasons. Another first-floor primary king suite with sand-and-white tones offers lake views, too, plus a tub/shower combo in the bathroom, while a third king suite features blue accents and a lovely walk-in shower in connected bathroom ideal for those that are mobility impaired. On the second floor, two more king suites welcome guests in posh style, with thoughtful bedding and bathrooms offering everything they need. Finally, a third-floor kid’s bunkroom delights, with built-in bunks, the fun of a sturdy ladder, a bonus daybed, and a double bathroom. A cozy den with TV, books, games, and toys completes this kids paradise!
GREAT FEATURES: The elevator, ramp to the front door, EV charger, and dedicated parking offer easy access to this palatial home!
