Previously known as Aquadesiac, you’ll fall in love with this spectacular three-level, semi-oceanfront home with its breezy style and spacious layout. Directly across the street from beach access, you’ll be just minutes from the sun, surf, and sand of beautiful Sandbridge Beach.

Decorated with gorgeous furnishings and amenities throughout, this beautiful home has a spacious kitchen and a great room, making it perfect for dining and entertaining. Multiple decks with magnificent ocean views are one of the highlights. With its ample living space, you’ll fall asleep to starlit evenings and wake up to serene sunrises. Equipped with high-speed WiFi and eight Samsung smart TVs throughout the home, there is something for everyone to feel connected, entertained, and relaxed. After a day on the beach, enjoy a cocktail at the wet bar, grill up a delicious dinner, and follow it up with a game of pool, basketball, or water volleyball at the large in-ground swimming pool, complete with a cabana shower. This is the perfect vacation getaway for those who have the sea in their soul.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location cannot be beat. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is definitely a positive. However, Vacasa and the owner need to provide general maintenance and update the home. The handrails on the stairs are sticky and the pool furniture was so dirty and needs replaced. The furniture in the living room is very worn and there is not enough seating for a large group. The home also does not have enough silverware or bowls for the number of guests ( 13 forks, 5 spoons and 5 bowls) and Vacasa would NOT provide us with anymore! A second refrigerator should also be added for a house of this size.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Great place to meet up for family and friend gatherings. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We were 14 adults and everyone had enough space, however upon arrival we had no glasses, only plastic promotional cups. Cade was amazing and within an hour of letting them about the lack of glassware, he was there delivering water glasses and 8 wine glasses. Furniture was worn, but OK - Overall was a pleasant, winter stay, great location but for the off season price, I think we were expecting more

Great location, overall the house was great but needs some updating and maintenance. Needs new slider doors, paint, etc. my kids make a mess so we were okay not having s perfectly maintained house. Kids had a blast and that’s all that matters. Good time.

The property is well-maintained and has every feature you need for children and adults (pool, game room, smart TVs, beach toys outdoor shower). It has a nice view of the beach, which is a short walk away.

Great large house, directly across street from beach access, beautiful views of ocean, sunsets back porch, marvelous October breezes. Plenty of room for two families and baths for everyone (came in handy to get ready for a wedding). Kitchen and living area fantastic. Two dishwashers, we’ll appointed kitchen, two kitchen sinks, nice counter space. Few minor downsides, house needs some outdoor maintenance, screen door not working, porches needed a little sweeping. All insignificant in total experience. We hope to come back.

The house was very spacious and accommodating. We had a great time with family. There were 10 of us and we each had our own beds and bathrooms which was a big plus. The house had maintenance and cleaning issues which were reported and hopefully will be addressed. I would stay here again. A 3 minute walk to the ocean, the beach is basically private, not crowded at all, and the view of the beach was awesome.

The house itself was nice, could use some work. Pool are was nice, plenty of seating. The volley ball net needs replaced. Kitchen was very well stocked and the large pantry was a nice touch. The cleaning of the house was unacceptable and we had to clean the house when we got there. Sand all over the floors, in some of the beds and furniture and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned very well. A/C was not cooling, vents were filthy. Ants all over the kitchen. We got Terra ant traps and that helped. Contacted VACASA about the cleaning issues and was told we would hear from the local rental agency, have not heard anything. The problems are not with the house, problems seem to be with the rental agency. We have used A different rental agency in prior years and never had issues with the cleanliness of the house. Would stay at the house again if listed with a difference rental agency.

The home was beautiful and had plenty of room for my whole group. We couldn’t have been closer to the beach, and we spent much of each day enjoying it. The pool, the pool table, the ocean view - truly a wonderful family experience!

This was a perfect place for our families. It's a great location and has a nice pool. We enjoyed playing volleyball in the pool.

Aquadesiac provided a great getaway for our large group of family and friends. The number of bedrooms provided adequate space for everyone to be comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and especially the cabana that provided shade and access to a refrigerator. The outdoor shower was put to good use! We would certainly consider this house again in the future!
