Excellent Host
My friends and I stayed here while participating in a local athletic competition and it was a great space for a group of adults needing separate beds. The couch in the living room does not pull out but there was still space for 7 of us to sleep separately. Host was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Great Host and Communication
We actually had to leave a little early in our stay due to unforseen circumstances. :/ Our host was wonderful! She was quick to communicate instructions and to check on us during the stay. She even went over and above to make sure we had a customized gift from a local store - just amazing! The house was clean, with gently used, comfy living room furniture. There was a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke (this did not affect our stay) - I am just overly sensitive to the smell for some reason...again, did not affect our stay. There was a bag of charcoal for the grill and popsicles in the freezer for us. Plenty of cookware and dishes to use as well. Again, our host worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable and comfy..thank you Ms. Lester.

Excellent owners made it a wonderful stay
The owners were fantastic and super thoughtful. The location was perfect and close to base which is exactly what we needed. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you might need and it was great to have a stove and coffee maker at our disposal.
Unfortunately the sleeping situations stated on the site were not quite accurate. Only one pull out in the den when the listing states one in the living room as well. The pull out was so uncomfortable that I just slept on the couch folded back up (which was super comfortable to be fair). The queen listed in the master slept 2 not 3. The room with the bunks slept 3 and the room with the twins in the other bedroom slept 2 (I should note that a recommendation of egg crate or some other kind of mattress toppers was given). So, overall it slept 9 on actual beds if you counted the pull out as two but folded back up is only 1. We slept 1 on each sofa and my youngest slept on the floor in the bunk room, which she is fine with.
If you are looking for a house that sleeps 10 in actual beds, this doesn't meet the need. If you are ok with slightly less standard sleeping surfaces, the location and owners make this a great stay.
Thank you for the accommodations! We had so much fun!
