Had a great time at this location. Worked out perfectly for our golf trip and the house is much larger than the pictures show. Thanks.

Great location.. downtown area and beach within a mile. Lots of space and mattresses are comfortable. Loved that beach towels and beach bag were provided! Dishes/pans could be better stocked and cleaning crew could do a better job.. but all in all, great place to stay!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this place and we will keep renting it. Absolutely love the central location and the quite peaceful neighborhood. Nice house with very cozy feel. It has a couple of common areas, perfect for hanging out and playing games. Plenty of seating for family meals and a nice sized, well equipped kitchen.

Check in process was easy and worry free. The host are great to work with and respond fast. The home was spacious, clean and easy to get too. This home makes my short list of places to stay at when I visit Manistee.

Very lovely Manistee house close to beaches and downtown. Not central AC, but the two provided AC units were very nice and lots of fans were provided as well. Washer and dryer a great plus!

Very nice and comfortable older home. It was perfect for our group of seven. However, a little disappointed in the overall cleanliness. Found small papers and debris under chairs, beds, and sofa so cleaners must not move furniture to sweep. Sign in the living room still said "Welcome Amanda". The exhaust fan in the main floor bathroom ceiling and the porch light fixture need cleaned for efficiency. Also could not locate any directions on what we need to do at the end of stay. Overall we loved staying here and would stay again...just pointing out items that you can work on, going forward.

We had trouble with the front door lock and Emma was very helpful in getting us in. The driveway is a dirt drive and the privacy fence next to it leans towards the driveway. Overall a great place to stay, just needs some curb appeal.

The house size was perfect. Close to the water. Our girls weekend was a success.

This house has all the amenities for a wonderful time in Manistee. Its location to everything around town was fantastic. We loved the vintage/ rustic look of this cottage. The only suggestion I have is maybe a few more throw blankets, it was in the 30's a couple of days and we could only find one extra blanket. Even with the cold weather the house was comfortable because of the furnace. We will keep this house on the top of our list for future stays.

Character, Charm and a Couple of Pros
This is a really cool old house with character. It’s decorated really cute and man that claw foot is great! Plenary of space and comfortable beds. I mean, we are actually buying the same king size for home, it was that good! The location is great as well. Right across the River from downtown and a couple blocks from a park and the beach. Lastly,-and I hope no one takes this as a negative because it definitely is not. Like I said It’s an old house and character and charm can come with some hiccups from time to time. Emma and Norman handle these hiccups like real pros and went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure we were happy with our stay. I Would recommend this place 100%, and if you do do you’ll be in great hands.
