Walking through the door to an open floor plan you will notice the large updated kitchen bar. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove/oven, sink w/ garbage disposal. Beautifully decorated great room with gas fireplace and large screen cable TV. Sliding glass doors that lead you to the deck and outdoor grill. Also on the main level is a full bathroom, laundry, and a bedroom. The bedroom has 1 full size bed and twin bunkbeds.
The upstairs level is a private master suite with a full bathroom(jetted tub), flat screen tv and king size bed.
The downstairs from the main level has a ski in / ski out convivence. There is a full bathroom, living area, and 3rd bedroom. The living area has a queen size sofa, flat screen tv, table for playing games, plenty of room to hang ski gear and a boot warmer. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Large closet with board games.

Other items :hairdryer, iron & iron board, air
There is a high chair, portable crib, twin and queen air mattresses on request if needed.

The property was perfectly clean, and the kitchen fully stocked for a group of 12. The spacious layout facilitated our group of family and friends being able to break up into their own zones, as well as coming together for meals and chats. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable seating area and large kitchen bar for buffet meals. Terrific location!

We all agree that the property was the best equipped of any that our families have experienced. We were also impressed with how clean it was, like they had just completed Spring cleaning. The only negative was that the kitchen faucet needs replaced. Otherwise a great place to stay. Would love to see it in the Winter.

We loved our stay and thought the house was beautiful. Everything was very well kept up and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could imagine. For our particular group of 11 it was great having a great big living room/kitchen shared space but also the upstairs and downstairs if some members of the group wanted their own space. It was also great having a bathroom on every level. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I now live in Pittsburgh, but my family is originally from Chautauqua Lake and we have extended family reunions every 4th of July and Thanksgiving. This year my sisters and I decided to rent a house with our husbands and this one couldn’t have been more perfect! There was enough room for us to eat and cook together on the huge kitchen bar, relax on the deck or all play games together on the ottoman in the living room.

This property was one of the best that we have stayed in at the Peak. The location was perfect. Some of the slopes and lifts were not open yet because the milder weather but we were close to lift 3 and that could get our crew to where ever they wanted to go. The actual property is even better than the pictures display. It has great decorations and just about anything you could need while staying there. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. The ski in and out lower level was great to keep everyone's gear in one place and out of the way. The boot and glove dryer was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! We stayed here for New Years for 3 days! We loved the home decor and how she had Christmas decorations still up! The house has a great location and right on slopes and the host was always available with any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time with family at this location between Christmas and New Year holidays. So many thoughtful and nice touches with the decor and just about anything you need regarding amenities. Gail was a great host and we look forward to staying here again next year!
