Completely renovated and updated full house in Saratoga, close to Downtown and the Track and minutes away from Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the State Park with the famous mineral springs and Geyser- direct dedicated bike path to The State Park where you can enjoy miles of paved trails, the Geyser Creek(fishing allowed), bbq pavilions, spring water pools, golf course, restaurant, natural carbonated mineral springs. Close by amenities include Saratoga Spa Golf Course, Spas, Hannaford Grocery store within 5 minutes, Stewarts Shops for their famous ice cream , banks. The open concept, fully equipped kitchen/living room is warm and inviting and features an electric fireplace and a big screen smart TV. Expansive Primary suite plus 3 other bedrooms and another full bath complete the main level, while on the lower level you will find a second Livingroom/family room with a big screen smart TV, 5th bedroom, full bath with washer and dryer, and a heated/cooled game room with pool table, ping pong table, darts, Chess set, Backgammon set, Rummy Cube Game, Rummy Card Game Kit, bar stools, and a second full size fridge. Back yard is generous- Hot Tub will ensure a relaxing environment YEAR ROUND, while the pool will ensure the family fun in the summer months, plus a Pagoda with seating and dual heat "firetable"(cold months)/or dining table in the summer, and a cozy wood burning firepit area with comfy chairs and wool blankets(please bring your own wood). Extremely convenient location. Central AC and hot air heat system. Home will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay- we are conscientious of the times we l live in and want to safeguard everyone. Sheets and towels are provided and professionally cleaned. Sorry, NO PETS allowed. Security cameras in the front and back, overlooking back yard and pool area.

We stayed as an extended family meeting at a halfway point for a one week vacation together. We enjoyed many days lounging by the pool, swimming and chatting. The state park is really close by for those that wanted to exercise daily (walk, bike, run). The kitchen in conducive to making large meals although only one person cooking at a time! (there are not enough knives/cutting boards for more than one chef unless you bring your own!) The house is well stocked with things you need such as pool towels, linens, eating utensils, stemware, plates for indoor and outdoor use. The second fridge downstairs is a bonus! Top of the line appliances. The neighborhood is not particularly pretty but it is quiet and the people we saw were friendly. It is a short drive to most everywhere you'd want to go.

This property is a beautiful place to stay in Saratoga. My family and friends have been coming here for almost a decade straight and this is the best place we've been yet.
The back yards has everything you'd want for kids and adults, the house is set up nice and well maintained. If you visiting for the track, SPAC, or town, they're all right there. I can't recommend this place enough.

I stayed at Dragos' place for the weekend to play some golf with friends and see a concert at the nearby Saratoga Performing Arts Center (only 2 miles way). It was an absolutely incredible weekend. The house was immaculately clean and had all the amenities that you could possibly want. It was great to cool off in the pool during the day, warm up in the hot tub in the evenings, and play yard games in the large, open back yard.
We did have an issue getting the grill started (operator error on our part) so I messaged Dragos and he responded within 5 minutes and even showed up the next day to show us how to operate it correctly. After that, we were able to have a lovely BBQ out by the pool the next day.
This property is in a great location to restaurants, Caroline Street, and SPAC, to name a few. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a weekend (or longer!) in Saratoga. I can't recommend it enough and would love to come back someday. Thanks again Dragos!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was perfect for our needs. The house has ample sleeping, the kitchen was stocked with utensils, and the amenities were much appreciated by all. We especially enjoyed the use of the fire pit and the pool. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and large house. All pictures are accurate. Pool/hot tub/fire pit are wonderful amenities. 10 mins to the track and downtown was very convenient. Dragos was extremely communicative during the check in process and was a great host! Would love to stay here again!!

We stayed at this property for three nights. The house was super clean and very updated. The teenagers and young adults enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables. The open living area with the kitchen allowed us to be together without being on top of each other. We would rent this house again.

We had a great time in this home. We had 3 families with small children for a portion of this stay and it fit us comfortably. This house was spotless and felt very clean and updated. The outdoor area was nice and location to all many Saratoga attractions was great. Only thing was some of the neighboring homes were a little rundown looking but did not impact our stay in this home.

We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in. A welcome basket greeted us filled with Saratoga treats, the fireplace was on and soothing music filled the air. The house was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the towels were plentiful. For our group ,the 2 living areas worked out very well. The younger kids who got up earlier and made more noise ,stayed downstairs allowing the older kids and adults to have some "quiet time". The pool, hot tub and yard made a perfect retreat after coming back from our sightseeing adventures. Our family had fun bonding and making memories at this beautiful property and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Rather than going to the beach this year, our family of nine rented a house in Saratoga Springs during racing season. We were 7 adults and three small children. The house was perfect -- 10 minutes from the racetrack, 5 minutes from the State Park, 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from lake and numerous golf courses. The house was perfect for this group. Recently renovated and immaculate, the pool, hot tub and game room kept everyone busy. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owner. a fun time was had by all. Would highly recommend a stay at this property on or off racing season.

We had a great week at Dragos’ property! You can tell that it has been updated recently, everything is clean and new. We had a large group with two families and everyone still had their own space. We lucked out with weather and got to enjoy the great outdoor space. The pool and hot tub were great along with the large yard space behind it. The kids were able to run around and play yard games. The house had everything we needed. This house also has a great location very easy drive to downtown and the racetrack. Dragos was a great host, responded quickly to any questions we had and went out of his way to make our stay the best. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was our first time in Saratoga Springs and we were so happy we picked this property. Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and very close to SPAC and downtown, so great location. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed (even beach towels for the pool/hot tub). We loved the game room with ping pong and pool table. It was a fun house! We would definitely stay there again! Dragos was very responsive, a super host. Only issue is that we didn’t book to stay longer!

We were 6 adults staying Tuesday-Friday. The house was very modern and clean. I had a couple of questions for the owner and he responded immediately. We had great weather the whole time and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The kitchen had everything one would need. I was impressed with the attention to details in the house. There were even hooks on the back of the bedroom doors for a bathrobe or towel. I would definately stay here again!

We’re a group of friends from CT, MA, Canada, getting together during winter holidays, skiing locations in the past, first time renting in a more urban setting.
Wonderful experience overall, the host was great, reachable and communicative throughout, he really cares about the guests having a good time and no hiccups.
Property was immaculate and welcoming, unusual a bit as it is a “normal” but recently renovated house in a straightforward residential area. Lots of fun though with 4-season outdoor jacuzzi and garage converted to playroom with pool table and ping-pong table. Saratoga Springs State park right around the corner and cute city downtown minutes away (excellent shopping and dining options abound). Very well appointed throughout.
Noteworthy for other renters during winter months: there is a state of the art “smart” thermostat but it is the only control in the middle of the home, and it can lead to imbalance between living area and bedroom temperatures at night. Easy to correct if needed by adjusting the vents in the different rooms, but someone not familiar with forced air central heating may not know about that :)

10 of us rented Dragos’s wonderful VRBO home for three nights and had an incredible time! The home is very modern, up-to-date, well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, etc. and has an excellent spacious layout. We felt like we all had our own space and having three bathrooms was certainly a plus! The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our stay, as were the pool table and ping pong table. Dragos is also incredibly accommodating and kind and took the time to provide us with suggestions on bars and restaurants in Saratoga Springs. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our extended weekend guys golf trip. We had eight middle-aged guys staying 3 nights and the house was perfect. Very open layout. Nice sized bedrooms. Ping-Pong/pool table/hot tub was a great plus. Dragos has done a wonderful job with the place. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Our party of 4 adults and 4 teenagers had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful, newly renovated home. Everything was super clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. We travelled from Ontario for our equestrian team to show at White Hollow Farm in the Saratoga Classic, and appreciated the comfy beds at the end of our long days! We loved the neighbourhood - super close to lots of amenities and downtown as well. Backyard has pool but lots of greenspace as well (it was great for playing volleyball and badminton)!
