It is beautifully decorated with views from every room, including a view of the lagoon. Includes a full kitchen with everything you need to cook for the family. Very comfortable and spacious living and dining area and all bedrooms include large flat screen HD TVs. It boasts a spacious floor plan with the dining and living room flowing together for optimal family gathering. There's even a full size washer and dryer.

This condo has an enormous floor plan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which we all appreciated. The location on the beach is incredible. We all enjoyed chilling on the corner balcony. We will be making this an annual tradition. Even more if possible.

The condo was beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. It was a wonderful & comfortable stay from the very beginning. The rental company was very attentive & easy to contact. I wish the condo came with the beach chair & umbrella rental, but that really didn't detract from the great visit. We'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our room and everything about it. It was clean, cozy, and looked as good if not better than the pictures. The elevator situation was terrible. 2 elevators for the entire 14 floor building, 1 of which was constantly down because it was getting stuck. Weekend around check-in or check-out time took me 2 hours to get our baggage up to our room/down to our car. Weekdays it would sometimes take 15 or 20 minutes just to get a elevator with room on it. I don't fault the room at all for this so it's still getting 5 stars, just a forewarning to anyone who might be staying.

We stayed on the 8th floor corner condo. Our balcony was amazing. I loved the seating out there. Spent a lot of time listening to the waves. We had 4 adults, a teen and a 6 year old. We did not lack space. Everything was beautiful. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful week!!

Great vacation
Condo was super nice. Only two elevators for all condos. That was an issue at first but we got used to it. Beach was nice and easy walk outside, be sure to bring a wagon to cart everything once so you don’t have to try and get back on the elevator. Also the pool looks much better in pics. Lots of shade between the buildings. I would return just letting you all know.

Quick Getaway!
It was an awesome rental that we stayed in- super clean and orderly! I was completely surprised how nice it was on the inside with the updates!
The checkin process was a little messy, but they were so quick and helpful to sort everything out for us. I do think the check in time should be a little earlier than 4 o’clock since check out is at 10. If you go for the weekend, it’s really a day and “a half” for the room, yet you pay for two full days. I don’t think we would stay just the weekend again for that price, but we would go back for an added couple days. Little pricey but it was beautiful and we had fun!

Had a great experience here only thing that pissed me off was they claim check out is at 10am but they changed the code to my room by 8:30 so if we didn't have someone inside we would of been locked out. Fix it

Great Condo on the Beach
Perfect vacation. Condo was very nice on a very nice beachfront. Only complaint would be that the elevators could be a little slow at times but that is not a reflection on the condo.

Wonderful condo!
This condo had everything we needed for the week. It was extremely clean upon arrival and the set up of everything was very nice. Well furnished and decorated. The beds were a little soft, but comfortable. We loved the balcony! Saw a few dolphins and sea turtles. We did not have any issues with the elevators. Would stay here again!

Condo is beautiful but elevator was broken most of the week
Unfortunately only 1 elevator was working all week. The 1 working elevator broke down at least 2 times a day. Due to elevator issues we had to wait excessively to get an elevator and had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs multiple x thru the week with my elderly mother who had cancer in her back and hips. We will NEVER stay at Crystal Shores West again.

This condo was great! It was exactly as advertised and in a great location! Very clean up to to date condo that was feet from the ocean. The only downfall was that there was only 1 working elevator.

AMAZING Condo!!!!
This condo was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had gorgeous views of the ocean. It had the right size and number of beds for our group of 6. The bedrooms had plenty of room in them with big closets and huge tv's. The 3 bathrooms were very big as well. The kitchen was well stocked with a large pantry. The washer and dryer were huge and in their own little room so they were easy to get to and use. The kitchen table and the living room furniture were all really nice. The balcony was huge with comfy furniture and it was very spacious. Another plus for this condo is that it is a corner unit, so you have a place to store your beach stuff by your door and it's out of the way in a little corner. The owner was very helpful, quick to respond to my questions before the trip and was quick to come help us out when we thought we had an issue getting in the condo (it was user error)! There was plenty of parking and the condo was in a great location!

Softball Nationals July 14 -July20, 2019
We were in town for the Softball Nationals and found this condo to be the perfect location. The condo is beautifully decorated with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We would definitely choose this again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway on the beach!

My only criticism is that the unit could have been cleaner - one shower curtain was moldy at the bottom, the floors in general could have been cleaner, and the floors under the beds were extremely dusty.

Crystal shores west
Mandy was excellent - professional and personable. Accommodations were as advertised, very nice. Only issue was potential security problem; maintenance called to check washer and we were not notified of entrance time and he might have been unaccompanied. Also, mix up with guests in adjacent room, were given code to our unit’s front door. Luckily, we were there and it was resolved. Otherwise overall excellent.

Mrs. Ivy is such a sweet and wonderful lady to work with. We have rented from her for the past three years. And will be returning yearly as long as she lets us.
The condo is beautiful home away from home.The views are amazing. It is very well kept. Lots of room so large families have plenty of space to enjoy down time. Our children look forward to going to the beach yearly and always ask if we are staying here because they love this condo. The pool is great for all ages and the hot tub is great also. you can't go wrong with this place!!!!!!!! Thanks again Mrs. Ivy.

The corner suite we stayed in had all the conveniences of home plus a balcony with fabulous views of beach and gulf. I could not think of anything that could be improved on to make a better vacation stay for a large group. We all enjoyed the pool and a great grill area, I made pictures and plan to build us one. Ivy the owner bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!
