Other things to note:

★ POOL ★
NOTE: POOL HEATING WILL BE ON FOR 12 HOURS BETWEEN 10AM TO 10PM FREE OF CHARGE. The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 83 to 85 degrees during your stay. If air temperature reaches under 40 degrees the pool heating will be shut off for protection. If there are any issues with the pool/spa please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ PARKING★
Max 6 to 7 cars allowed in front of the house If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy.

★ PETS ALLOWED FOR A FEE★
While we allow up to 2 pets for a fee during booking, please follow these rules to avoid a $1000 fine
-Do not use our bowls and utensils for your pets.
-Do not allow them on furniture or bed.
-Please clean up after them and use proper hygiene.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
Smart TV throughout and cable TV is installed and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in.

★ SECURITY★
There are two security cameras overlooking the front driveway, and backyard. They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 21 YEARS OLD. THE BOOKING PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE PARTY.
If police is called for disorderly conduct and loud music, you will be removed from premise immediately.

A unique concept, the free bike share program allows visitors age 16 and older to borrow a bike for up to three hours. You’ll find everything you need close by and traveling via two wheels is a fun way to get around. Or, drive a car / walk to local restaurants!

Me and my fiance used this house for a big vacation with friends. It was the perfect location and we had so much fun. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and overall very kind. Best vacation we’ve ever been on!

We were here with a group for a softball tournament spread out across Gulf Shores and we by far had the best house. Perfect layout for a big group and WELL STOCKED. Things like pods for clothings and dishes washing were provided and there were tons of towels for both pool and showers. The house is across the street and down a few houses from the public beach access but with plenty of chairs and a beach wagon, getting there was so easy. The outdoor shower was a big plus as with only 3 bathrooms, this helped a large group get showered quickly. We never ran out of hot water either. The Pool was perfect and I don't know if they have a chiller but our pool was so much more comfortable than the pools at the other homes of our friends. Tons of games for kids to play. We never even turned on a TV so can't comment on that. Wifi always worked. We can't say enough good things!!! Communication with the owner was perfect as well.

We had an amazing trip, and this house was a very large part of why we had such a great time! The house was perfect for a large family. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed to cook, clean and enjoy the beach! The pool was an extra bonus. The kids went swimming every morning! I highly recommend.

The place was perfect for me and my buddies on spring break. Owners are friendly, helpful and made everything easy. The house is close to the beach, and has a great backyard with space for plenty of activities.

We had such an amazing time at the home! I would highly recommend staying here. The pool is amazing and so fun, there are lots of pool toys, chairs, wagons, the beach is a very short walk from the house and the beds are super comfortable. We didn’t have kids with us this time, but will definitely be coming back with kiddos. It is such a great home for an all adult trip but has everything you need for kiddos as well. We requested Ubers/Lyfts to get around. There weren’t a ton of options, but we were lucky enough to get two every time we needed them. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This home was a great selection for our group of 11! The location was wonderful - literally a 5 minute walk to the beach access. The house was set up with beach equipment, which was nice. We would stay at this home again! The Property Manager was responsive to all requests and even went above and beyond for me. Overall, wonderful experience and great vacation. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The inside of the home was as pictured, and it was spacious and clean. The location was great with easy access to the beach. There were plenty of chairs and some toys for taking to the beach (and even a wagon for transporting items). The kitchen could have had more items (I.e. there wasn’t a paring knife, ample mixing bowls, etc), but in general it was well-appointed. The backyard needs some attention and the pool is super small, but these things wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again.

House was great! A few minor issues like top rack of dishwasher was broken, ice maker made little to no ice, pool basket was full of toys and pool pump was not on but when maintenance was contacted he was very responsive. We would definitely rent this place again!

Our week-long stay at this property was fantastic. The location of the house is perfect as it is only a 2 minute walk from the public beach access. It was very clean and accommodated us greatly with everything we needed for the trip. I hope that we can return to this home again on vacation next year!

First time to spend thanksgiving holidays with all extended family. Could not have stayed at a better place. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, even had a high chair ( which we didn’t use) beach toys, grill and a private pool. We hope to make this a tradition and return next year.

This was a great spot for our wedding reception! We had 20 people stay here and it was more than enough room and comfortable. Everett was amazing to work with and took care of all our needs. Even brought our infant son a teddy bear.

This was the perfect place for our family to unwind and spend time together. Lots of room and a well stocked kitchen. Everette was very helpful with tips and hospitality. The fenced in back yard was great for the dog. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores but will definitely not be our last.

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the porch and balcony the most. The property has a great view of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing on the Beach. The backyard pool was another treat. Check in was basically effortless. We would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Takes about 15 minutes to get to beach but it’s easy! The pool is nice and warm! Leave for restaurants by 4:00 or you’ll never get in. Orange Beach your best bet for eating out. Our family recommends this property for families!

We spent nearly a week in this beautiful home for my in-laws 50th anniversary. Everett, the property manager, was very helpful at check in, and with a couple questions we had at the beginning of our stay. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 16! The pool and decks were our favorite places to be:) Great overall experience!!!

Understand this is a year and a half since Covid hit, so cleaning people may be in short supply, but there was thick dust on the baseboards, crumbs in every kitchen drawer, carpets and furniture slip covers needed cleaning , etc. BUT, the sheets were clean, towels plentiful, the kitchen was large, and the house was abundantly large enough to accommodate all 16 of us. We could see fireworks in both directions from the balconies. Everyone had a good time. Everett, the manager, let us know from day one that he was available for anything we needed. We do wish someone had pointed out that the road between the house and the beach is a major thoroughfare. With 3 small children in our group, we had to be constantly on guard. Additionally, the pool is really small, so unless you want it for 4 or 5 little kids who can pretty much swim , don’t count on using it for anything except sitting beside it in the great lounging chairs. Our “Littles” had a great time in the pool.

We loved the house. It is a beautiful property and less than a block to beach access. Our only issue was amenities. one trash bag was in the can and one under. We had to run to the store the first day. One partial roll of paper towels was provided. Just felt that for the price per night we shouldn't have had to run to the store immediately for supplies. Otherwise very nice place.
