About this house rental

Location, Location, Location! This home is situated one block from the EXPO center at the Tulsa Fairgrounds, less than a mile from Tulsa University, and is a short 8 minute drive to the happenings at the BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, the Blue Dome district, Brady Arts area downtown. Cherry Street District is within 2 miles.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable visit in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/1 bath NON SMOKING house with privacy fenced back yard with chiminea, outdoor grill. There is an occupied attached garage apartment, and the tenant shares the laundry room.

The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds; comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The warm and inviting living room is furnished with a full sofa, a recliner and oversized chair, a large screen tv, and Wi-Fi included. Snuggle in with the gas fireplace for a wonderful cozy atmosphere in the winter. The cheerful kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all appliances, dishes, pots and pans and utensils, and cookware, towels, napkins, etc. Dishwasher, electric stovetop and oven, side by side refrigerator, and pantry make for ease of cooking and entertaining. The dining room has a gathering table that seats six and is a great place to play cards, games, etc. The front deck is next to a delightful small pond and makes a peaceful place to start or end your day with your favorite beverage.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Guthrie Green, the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino, the Red Bud Valley Nature Preserve, Gilcrease and Philbrook Museums, The Woody Guthrie Center and the wonderful eclectic shopping districts along Cherry Street and Brookside. The new 45 acre GATHERING PLACE park has opened along Riverside and is the largest private park donated in history!

Pet friendly, with a three car wide driveway. Trailer would fit if needed. Pets must be approved in advance, and pet fee charged when paying.

We have inherited this home away from home from the previous beloved host, and we will continue to preserve and operate in a manner befitting her legacy and memory.

This house was the perfect base for a short busy weekend in Tulsa. There was enough room for my husband and I as well as our 4 children ranging in age from 8-18. Comfortable clean beds, and all the linens we needed. Kitchen was functional, and bathroom was small,but

The location is ideal for anyone who has an event at the Expo Center. The owner was always available by phone for any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels, linens, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

All was well for our stay. A very convenient location We were VERY surprised that there was an unfenced garden as well as chickens also loose in the yard and it was advertised as dog friendly. It was a challenge to keep the dogs out of the garden and away from the chickens. A simple fence around the garden area would be very helpful

First, let me say, i began by making a silly mistake not being able to figure out the lock, and they came across town immediately to help! Communication was instant and top notch. The house was adorable and had so much character. The decor was beautiful, and i loved the nice touches of books and games to entertain the kids and myself. They even let us stay late to be able to celebrate Easter morning. If i could give ten stars, i would! This is by far and away, our best experience renting a place on VRBO! Thanks Kaylee!

This is a cute home just across from the fairgrounds. It has a pretty large front yard and a small fenced backyard and is quite roomy inside with a kitchen and dining room and living room. I wanted a safe comfortable place to stay for a dog event, and this checked every box. I recommend this and would book again based on the comfort and convenience this cute well decorated home offers.

Stayed this last week for the chili bowl and I have to say this is the only place I will stay if and when I come back. The location can’t be beat as it’s only a block away. The host Kristee was amazing and super easy to deal with. Very nice woman and any needs are addressed right away. Her communication throughout the process is also on point. I would recommend her to anyone and wel I said I wasn’t going back but I’m going back lol

My son, friend, and mother came for a horse show at the Expo. The owner was very good at communication. There was a problem with plumbing prior to our arrival that was not fixed until after the four pm check in(but still before we arrived) of which she was very communicative and concerned for which she left us a nice surprise in the property as compensation. The house was very clean and as described. Great location

If you need a place to spread out with family this is the place. Super close to everything, roomy, clean and comfy. Bring you bath soap and pillows! Beds are not the greatest but for a weekend will do!

We had a great time and stay. The place made us feel quite comfortable like we were at home. The kitchen was well stocked. Suggest having more bathroom linens: towel, hand towels, wash clothes. We took a pet and the home was set up great her, including a doggy door. There is only one bathroom available. The second bathroom is off limits due to a tennant living in a small studio apartment attached to the house. Overall we had a great time and would book it again when going to Tulsa.

Kristee was able to answer all of my questions prior to booking and made it a wonderful first experience! And the house!!! Far exceeded our expectations… Cute, homey, and spacious. I just can’t say enough! The neighborhood was quiet and the perfect location. Kristee was the best host! And we will absolutely use her and this rental again for future family trips.
