This property was just as described and worked perfectly for our trip. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances, dishes and utensils we needed. Having the backyard to sit for coffee or breakfast was so nice compared to a hotel or condo. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled out to visit the area to look for apartments for our son for grad school. The house worked out very well. Keegan was accommodating and very responsive when we were communicating before our visit. The house is very clean and has a lot of nice art and comfortable furniture and beds. The location was great for us and is very close to lots of good food and local brews. It is also very close to the Nelson-Atkins Museum which we also really enjoyed. Thanks Keegan!

Great place! Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to everything, we walked to the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum and Chuy's restaurant. Just a couple of miles from Union Station and Crown Center. Only 15 minutes from Worlds of Fun. Parking was on the street, but we never had trouble finding a spot. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Beautiful, old house with lots of charm and space for all the girls to spread out.

The home is exactly as pictured/described, and it was the perfect family home base for us. The hosts were very accommodating, efficient and helpful (we asked for a spontaneous recommendation for a barber and they were spot-on helpful!).

Our main reason for our trip to Kansas City was to visit my daughter. She was within walking distance so she would stop by every day after work for cocktails and then go out to dinner. One night we stayed in and cooked for her. The house was comfortable. The beds and bedding were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, in the heart of the city with space for all of us (2 adults and 2 teens), and nice yard for outdoor nights.
Central air was WONDERFUL as the temps in KC went as high as 104 during our stay.
Thank you to the hosts.

My husband and our 2 children, ages 4 & 6, all stayed during our visit to KC. The house was very clean and it was in a great location for all of the places we had planned for our vacation. We had an issue with the lock on the front door and the property managers responded immediately to fix the issue. We had a lovely stay!

My sisters and I met in KC for a long weekend and we were so happy with the house! Perfect, cozy living room with a great table in the dining room for playing games. The kitchen was great and the deck outside was perfect for relaxing in the sun. All 3 bedrooms upstairs were more than roomy enough with comfortable pillows and beds! I was a little leery about the street parking at first but we had zero problems with it! Neighborhood was decently quiet and we had no issues during the day or at night. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We all said we would definitely stay here again!

This property worked great for our us, just enough room for our family of 5. The location couldn't be better, easy to get to all major attractions around town and we felt safe walking the neighborhood in the evening. Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. The only drawback was that the neighboring apartment building has some very bright security lights that shine in the bedrooms at night. Sleep masks would be a must for any future visits to this property.

The house is in a great location - spotless and nicely decorated. The owners had a Christmas tree there to make the house feel even more homey. Thank you!!! We’ll be back!

KC Adventure
Our family had a fantastic time at the beautifully maintained, historic home of Keegan and Quinn. The location allowed our family of six to enjoy walking to several venues. The Nelson-Atkins Museum, Westport district for shopping and Regazza’s for dinner, (which is an absolute must if you enjoy Italian food) were all easily accessed by foot. It was a short drive to World’s of Fun, the Starlight Theater, and Bonnie Rae’s Icecream. The summer nights lended themselves to evening strolls around the museum sculpture garden and cards games on the back deck.
Keegan was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly.
Thank you for your hospitality. We shall return.

It was perfect for our group of 5. We could easily walk to KCAI for our sons end of year art show, had an outdoor bbq on the back patio. Very cozy.

We loved staying at Quinn and Keegan's place! We arrived late at night; there were cold beers in the fridge and coffee ready to brew in the morning. It's a short walk across Gillham Park to Anchor Island Coffee and Oddly Correct, the latter of which has outstanding biscuits and donuts. And right down Oak St of course is the Nelson-Atkins, its sculpture garden, KCAI, and lots of great strolling, shopping, and eating.
The rooms, furnishings, and appointments are all in great shape, and the back deck and yard were perfect for our little cousins to run around and play games. The one small repair need that came up was handled quickly and quietly.
All in all one of my best vacation rental experiences! I would definitely stay here again.
