We had 2 families share this home and had plenty of space. Teenagers shared the bunk room. Nice to have e bathrooms. Home could have been cleaner - there was food from the previous guest left out on the screen porch. Beds are not very comfortable but for short stay we managed.

Great location. However, the unit was dirty and overall not a great experience.

We had a few hiccups with the house, but they were quick to fix the problems. It is honestly a beautiful home. The neighborhood is wonderful. It's away from all the busy beach but close enough to enjoy the beach.

This is the 11th year bringing our family of six adults and four children (now teens) to OC. In all of the years that we have stayed in rental homes, this was by far the dirtiest. It was obvious that they cleaned down the middle quickly. The rugs were not vacuumed when we arrived so we did it ourselves. There was dirt in every corner, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was thick with dirt, the master bed was against windows and there was A LOT of dirt behind it on the windowsill, blinds and floor (found when plugging in our electronics). Many of the walls had cobwebs, the downstairs smelled of mildew and the down stairs bathroom (while redone beautifully) had a terrible odor that we couldn't dismiss and someone prior to us had an air freshener in it that didn’t help. We were hoping to spend evenings in the screened in porch which looked lovely but the furniture was not in great shape. There were lightbulbs out throughout the house. We contacted Vacasa requesting contact twice but never heard from anyone. We just were hoping for some lightbulbs. It really is a shame as the house is beautiful and it was so nice to have linens provided. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this property again and so not recommend it to anyone.

The house was perfect for our family and friends. The location was accessible to everything in OC but far enough away to get some peace when needed. The Ocean Pine Community was better then expected and had everything a family could want...pools, golf, outdoor concerts, playgrounds... Definately will stay there again!

The cleanliness could have been better but it was a good and quiet location.

This house was perfect for our family! Close to everything and everything was perfect! Love the screened in porch. We took our 7 kids and 2 of their significant others. Plenty of room for all of us! We would definitely rent this house again!

On arrival day we had to contact emergency # because back door would not lock and house had wooded area in the back. My aunt and mom were on the first floor and I was not happy with door not locking. I was told maintenance would call me but no call. My daughter and I stayed on couch because we didn’t want to be on 2nd floor and door not locked. Next morning I called and complained and finally maintenance guy came to fix door. We also let them know the ladder in the bedroom was broken and nails sticking outward, about 8-10 long nails and very dangerous. The cleaning was not good at all, spider webs with dead spiders on floor near head of bed, hair in the shower. I sent pictures to the number that I received text about our check in. No response. Just so many spiderwebs & dead spiders in bedrooms & baths. To top it off I got an email that a claim was started for the broken ladder. I let them know I complained about it and reply was that I wouldn’t be responsible for it. House itself was ok but closed in patio needs new cushions. We didn’t sit outdoors because cushions were dirty and dead spiders on them. This was a Mother’s Day 5 day trip and none of us are tech savvy so tvs all had fire sticks and no regular cable so that didn’t go well at all. I felt bad that our plans for Friday didn’t go well because we were so tired from not sleeping Thursday night because door wouldn’t lock.
