OVERVIEW: Let your vacation begin in this spacious and clean four-bedroom, three-bath condo on the ocean block of Dewey Beach! There is a primary bedroom with a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and smart TV for viewing pleasure. The second bedroom currently also provides a king bed and two additional bedrooms with three twin beds in each bedroom. Perfect for families that have children and need extra space. Great open kitchen/dining area for cooking or entertaining large groups. Whatever style your vacation brings, this home will surely please the crowd.
LOCATION: OCEAN BLOCK! You can enjoy the local bars and restaurants just a short walk to Dewey Beach and downtown. You can also hop on the Jolley Trolley for a short ride to the boardwalk and enjoy a day/evening of family fun! For the shoppers in your group, we have the tax-free Tanger Outlets nearby, or you can check out the many shops and boutiques in Rehoboth Beach. You will feel at home at this property, with a short drive to grocery stores, dining, and more.
PARKING: Private parking for two cars.

THINGS TO KNOW: This is a Sat-Sat rental, and linens are not supplied. However, REMAX does offer a linen rental package. No smoking and no pets!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
