Ideal for two individuals, with the possibility of accommodating four upon prior approval. Revel in 1100 feet of secluded white sand beach complemented by the pristine emerald waters. Our condominium is elegantly furnished, featuring complimentary WIFI, a smart TV, and granite countertops within a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious garden tub and shower. Situated just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, the patio offers a partial view of the beach.

The place was well maintained. We loved the location and the Louisiana Restaurant was great and much better than I even imagined. Especially, the Bayou Grouper!!!. Thank you so much for allowing my wife and I to rent your place. It was perfect.

We stayed at this cute condo at the beginning of May for a long weekend getaway to the beach to celebrate my fiance's birthday. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It's super close to the beach which was the most important for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners are super communicative and went above and beyond to resolve a small issue that was out of both of our control. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality!

The condo was clean and well laid out. It's on the smaller side, but matched the description. The murphy bed was more comfortable that I expected. We could enjoy a glimpse of the water from the balcony and that was handy for knowing the conditions on the beach before walking over there. The property was nice and has a couple of pools but the jacuzzi's were always taken. I was regretting not bringing my pickleball paddles but was happily surprised to see some in the closet of the condo for us to use. This location is very convenient for walking to the beach. There are also several good food options nearby such as the Local Market and Capriccio Cafe on Gulf Shore Dr. and the Lousiana Lagniappe which is right on the condo property. Good communication with the host. I would gladly stay here again when in Destin.

I stayed 8 nights and it was great. Kitchen had everything anybody may need. The beach was right across the street. Had fun playing the 9 hole par 3 course. Great location. Would highly recommend.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The location was amazing. The pool is right outside the condo and the beach is just a 2 min walk. Owner was easy to communicate with and checked to see if everything was up to par upon our check in. I traveled with my two children ages 8 and 13, so the condo was perfect for the 3 of us, plus we were not in the room much so space was never an issue. The only thing I would recommend- and there is nothing the owner of the condo can do about this- but the laundry facilities on site are not the best....... I would recommend using the laundry mat behind Walmart. Machines work and it is clean. On the Condo alone 10 out of 10 all day. Highly recommend.

The condo had a great location and it was exactly as described. Henry was in touch and easy to get a hold of. He offered great advice and the two chairs and umbrella that came with our stay were worth their weight in gold! We would highly recommend staying here.

This place is so cute! Such a short little walk to the beach because its right by the cross walk. It was so so clean and so nice. Ricks sand trap right on the beach was wonderful to get drinks and food. I loved how there's always people at the booth when you enter!

We had a great week! The most beautiful water and white sand beaches. Highly recommend taking the trip to crab island. The condo was located perfectly within a few minutes drive to the harbor, boat docks, and restaurants. The chair and umbrella rental included was a plus. We used them every day. The kids enjoyed the property with the pools and tennis. The condo was also located within walking distance to the ocean and a pretty view. It was clean and had everything that was needed. Would recommend to others to stay.

The host was helpful from the first email I sent before we actually booked our vacation to checking on us after we left to make sure we found our lost vehicle keys. Excellent customer service! The owners clearly love their condo and want everyone to have a delightful time at the beach. Our family always felt safe, the condo was very clean, and the walk to the beach was easy! The private beach was beautiful! The water was so clear…even after a small storm. This condo was the perfect choice for our family of four. We hope to visit again very soon!

This was our first time in Destin and we were happy with our condo. Great location, close enough to walk to many shops or just a quick drive to others. Nice area for long walks and the beautiful beach is right across the street. The free chairs and umbrella with the Sandpiper Cove rental was a bonus. The condo was comfortable and worked well for our stay.

This property was clean. It was too small for our liking. Terrible sewer smell outside. No chair rentals at the beach available for the entire week. I personally would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! We will stay here again! It was very easy to get in touch with Mitch! We had to turn the heat on a few days to take the chill off and it was super easy to get in touch with him to change the thermostat for us! Unit was very clean and looked as it was pictured when we reserved the unit! Thank you again!

My college roommate and I meet up every couple of years for some fun in the sun and too forget that we're mom's for a few days! This condo was perfect spacing for 2. You could have 4 but it would be tight. The Mobley's were fast to respond thru text messages. They had literally everything you would need. I couldn't be happier with our stay and plan to go back 2024!!! Thank you Mobley's!!

This was a nice place with a very short walk across the Blvd to the beach. The condo is decorated nicely and has a nice layout. There are a few minor things I would change if it were mine, but I am in the design/build business. We did not care for the raised floor at the toilet, then back down into the tub. The owners were quick with any communication, but everything worked fine and we had no issues. New front door entry lock worked seamlessly. We would stay here again if available when we come back.

Great accommodations in an older condo community. The check in process was easy, managed to lock myself out and the owner was very easy to get a hold of. It’s a no frills type of place but was comfortable for my families Baseball stay.
