Beautiful home at the end of the road. Stayed here Labor Day weekend for my daughter’s college move in. Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access to stores and university.

Staying at this property was amazing. The owner has thought of everything that we could possibly need. I would say it is similar to staying at a nice hotel, but is a home. It is even set up well for those with mobility issues. There are absolutely no steps in or out of the house.

Home was even better than expected, & was a perfect place for our family to stay for our daughter’s Whitworth graduation weekend. So close to campus! House is more spacious than it looks in photos.

Home was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and home was stocked with everything you would need. Lovely home. My only hesitation on the rating is due to the area. It appears to be an area with many college students. However, it was very quiet, just a little busy with vehicles. Close to a nice park. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Pros- Close to Whitworth University, Clean interior Cons- Backyard is completely dirt- no grass or landscaping, Multiple College party houses are directly adjacent, Extreme smell from plug in air fresheners induced head aches- recommend to unplug immediately

65 yr old golfing friends for a week of golf, dinner and card games. The house was perfect, clean with more amenities than any of my previous stays and I’ve rented 5-6 times Highly Recommended. Thank you

We were in town for a family wedding in Mead which was 10 minutes away so for us this was a perfect location. Very clean, neat had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Spokane area

Beds and pillows excellent. Kitchen and Bathrooms well stocked. Couch comfortable to sit. Since there were 5 of us needed an extra chair at table. I have arthritis in my hands and could not open the kitchen drawers. But I had plenty of help so not a big deal. Easy access to everything we were doing.

Dora, was quick in responses. This is an amazing rental. New duplex, spotless, well stocked. Our family has stayed in many locations over time and this rises to the top. They are finishing landscaping and it will be a perfect summer location. It is in a safe, new, residential location near Whitworth and has a great park right out the front door. Minutes to retail locations, yet tucked away from any traffic. Great for a family with our pet. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and providing such a quality location.

Really nice house at the end of a lane. Easy to get all over Country Holmes area. House is spacious. Lot of small amenities that made the stay worry- free and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Can't wait for the fire pit!😉

We had a great stay here. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family and my parents. We cooked dinner, the kitchen is well stocked. Comfy beds, good showers, quiet area. Will definitely return when we visit Spokane next!

This home is well taken care of and was just as pictured. Perks that it sits at the end of a road so its nice and quiet as well as not far from a park that makes a great morning or evening stroll. I would definitely to anyone staying in Spokane and would stay again. Perfect for my family of 6. The cleanliness was absolutely wonderful and ease of checking in/out awesome! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Arrived at check in time. Verizon cell cover not good at house so it took a long while to log in to VRBO to get the door code. Once in everything was as represented.

I'd like to leave a full review, noting the features of this home, especially the positive ones. But, a couple messages have gone without response, which has been the pattern here. We left a laptop at this home, so upon realizing this I messaged via the VRBO website here, and again the next day via text to the number shared. ZERO response. Just asking for communication and the courtesy of letting us know this laptop has been found. Will happily update the review after receiving response.

Loved this property. Brand new and has a well stocked kitchen. Air conditioned, which is welcome during the summer. Many streaming TV channels. Highly recommend.

House is located in a great neighborhood of Spokane. Everything was close by. The house is spacious and clean. All the little thing you would need are there. The Owners were super nice and offered to bring us stuff to make our visit a little nicer. Thank you.

This property was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Spokane. Secure garage space is a big bonus and 2 bathrooms set-up for medium sized group was very nice. Owner had space thoughtfully air conditioned cool for our arrival. Bring your own pillows as none are provided (we always do this anyway when we travel). Close to Wonderful shopping/ dining on Monroe Street. We spent some time at the Falls and Bowl and Pitcher which is a must for any visitors. Thank you to our hosts for great communication and having such a nice clean property at a reasonable rate. Will definitely use again if we are in the area

This was a great for our family. They had everything we needed plus some. The little extras were such a bonus. We enjoyed sledding right next to the duplex at the park. Will definitely look to see if this place is open next time we are in town.
