Your home away from home on west end of OIB! Charming, clean, 3bed/2bath house in a fabulous location in desirable Island Park! Get the best of all worlds – easy access to the beach, Jinks Creek, and the pool! Only a 3-4 minute walk to beach access, and very close access to 1 of 2 Island Park community docks on Jinks Creek, where you can paddle board and fish to your heart’s content. One of two neighborhood pools (open 4/1-10/31) is directly across the street, with easy pool viewing from the deck. Catch the spectacular sunsets over Jinks Creek from the porch, and even a little glimpse of the ocean from the deck. Wake up in an open floorplan with abundant natural light in the living space. Sleeps 8 in beds. Sofa bed & air mattress available if needed. No need to haul bedding, towels, and beach chairs to and from home -- all of this is included for your convenience! The downstairs king bedroom has a large screen smart TV and the most comfy mattress for a good night's rest! The upstairs king bedroom has another ultra comfy mattress and a smart TV. The living room has an adjustable large screen smart TV. Enjoy showering al fresco in the spacious outdoor shower. Grill, beach chairs, beach cart and paddleboard available for your use. We had 5 friends stay at the house for a long weekend. This was the cleanest, most organized rental we have stayed in! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we loved evenings on the deck. It was a very short walk to the beach and it was nice having the beach wagon to borrow. The host left a welcome note, candies, and waterproof bag for the beach-nice touch!

Just got back from an amazing stay at a family-friendly beach house in a wonderful location! The short walk to the beach and waterway was so convenient. The home was sparkling clean with all the linens, cooking appliances, and gadgets we needed. The extras like corn hole boards, beach toys, grill, and games made our stay even more enjoyable. The optional golf cart rental was a great addition! Already looking forward to booking again in the future.

This home was perfect for our family stay over Thanksgiving! It is extremely well maintained and organized. I forgot to pack books for our nightly reading, but the owners even provided a wonderful variety to choose from. My kids and I both loved that. If you’re looking for a beautiful home with prompt communication, above average accommodation and great hospitality, look no further.

We couldn't be more pleased with our time at So Toes in the Sand! The house is beautiful and there were so many extras that made it comfortable and easy especially with kids! Our baby just started crawling up stairs so the baby gate was a life saver! All the rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we could need. The beach was a short walk away and the pool across the street was awesome for going back and forth from. Overall we loved it and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect. Very well stocked and organized. Everything was so clean and organized. Had way more beach chairs and other items than any other beach house I’ve stayed in. Quiet part of beach and very close to beach access. Couldn’t ask for any more! We loved our long friend’s weekend in this house!

We really enjoyed the porch - shaded from the afternoon sun with a view of the beach. The owners have thought of all of the amenities, making our trip a lot easier. They provided linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. They even has a rolling beach cart.

Our stay here was nothing short of wonderful. This home is immaculate, the location is convenient to everything, and any item you could possibly need (both indoor and out) is supplied to you. The main living space is open and airy; a great family space (we had 4 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 2 in our group). Outside deck is spectacular. Outdoor shower is super. The kids enjoyed the community pool close to the house. We look forward to staying here again!
A real bonus to this home are the owners. They are so accommodating, personable and caring. They made our stay so enjoyable by way of their great communication and in providing us with so much information about the area, things to do, places to go. They were always very available for any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience.

Family loved the house - had everything from kitchen stuff to games for kids. Beds comfy and good linens towels and beach towels! Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy all sides of home! King downstairs and queen room and 4 bunks upstairs. Can see Jinks Creek and ocean!

We enjoyed our OIB stay! The cottage was well equipped with lots of extra beach accessories. Short walk to beach public access. The entire neighborhood was well maintained. Owners were very responsive to any questions/texts. We'd rent with them again! Our only problem was the incoming storm IAN, but that's life at the beach in September.

The house was beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family of 5, but could have easily fit a few more. The pool was right next door and the walk to the beach was no more then a few minutes. Highly recommend this house and location.

This was our first time at OIB and this property was great. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. One of the neighborhood pools is literally across the street from the house and the community docks are a short walk away. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of beach accessories. House was a great layout for our family of 5. No issues or complaints at all.

The house was very nice, clean, and had just about everything we needed, including everything for cooking and 2 coffee makers. The owners were very responsive whenever we contacted them. The house was a quick walk to the beach; the pool is right in front of the house. The outside shower was nice, there were beach chairs and towels and a cooler for the beach. The master room bed was very comfortable. The queen bed had a plastic cover that was loud. The bunk beds were fairly comfortable. The dining table/chairs and couches were comfortable and well maintained; all the appliances worked well. The balcony was great to hang out on. We definitely would recommend this home!

Christina and Jonathan were excellent hosts! Their property has many wonderful amenities and is stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood development is very nice and the pool is literally across the street (which was an added bonus for our children)!

The house was the perfect size for my family of six and could fit a few more. The walk to the beach was short and one of the two pools on property was just outside the house. No real need for a golf cart rental. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We so much enjoyed our stay here! The house was so nicely decorated, well kept and well equipped for all you need and more. My husband and I (& our pup) ran away for the weekend and this was just what we needed. Nice neighborhood feel with easy walk to the beach! I'm super picky about pet friendly places and this one was by far one of the nicest and cleanest I've seen :)

We lived the location and the property. Easy beach access and all the beach equipment you can want right on property. The house was perfect for our group of 6, but easily could have accommodated more!
