We stayed here on our drive home from Colorado. We didnt want a hotel and were very happy with this place. We didn't get to use the kitchen but everything seemed nice.

Quaint little property would stay here again. The cozy atmosphere and charming decor made for a delightful retreat. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The convenience of being centrally located allowed for easy access to attractions and restaurants.

Property was nice. Need more T.V’s, and the tub wasn’t clean, and had a very slow drain.

Location was good. Just 2 doors down from family. Didn’t get door code until we arrived. Bedrooms were nice. TV had limited programing available. Kitchen was not clean. Fridge had food particles left behind. We couldn’t get the washing machine, to work. Floor around the base of the tub was dirty. “Bathmat” was dirty. Towels were sort of standard hotel type. We wound up buying our own towels and bath mat. One afternoon when the outside temp reached 95 the air conditioner stopped working.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is central to activities. It is charming and has the most wonderful sheets. I would suggest tho that the cleaners do NOT use Fabulouso.

This house is adorable and well-appointed and had everything I needed. Cute backyard sitting space and lots of different spaces to sit. So centrally located near I-40, but far enough away you don't get the great noise.

Stayed with my little family. Really needed a place for all of us to have room of our own. And this was perfect. We were 4. Having stayed in a B&B. Was perfect, the house was perfect! Thank you so much!

The property was as listed. Remodeled older home in an older neighborhood. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. I extended the stay after a death in the family and needed to come earlier. We had a bit of hiccup in that part but was resolved and had no issue afterwards. My only issue would be that the neighborhood isn’t as up to date as the house. It’s a worn down neighborhood next to a more affluent one. We fet safe but it may bother others so you should know.
Neighborhood was quite and no issues. Only other recommendation I would give is update the mattresses. There was only 2 pillows per bed and no extras for 6 people except for throw pillows. Kitchen had no bowls for storage after cooking or Saran Wrap to put on anything.

Perfect spot to stop in Amarillo
This house was perfect for our family of 5 to stop off on our way to Durango, CO. The house was clean and easy to check in / check out. My son wanted to sleep in the egg chair so that was definitely a hit. We would stay here again!

Family Road Trip
Stopped in Amarillo for the night after a long day of driving. This location was close to restaurants, the interstate and had simple accessibility. The owner was quick to respond and allowed for a simple check in process. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. More than enough space for a family of 4.

Vintage Amarillo
My grandson and I wanted to visit Amarillo, PaloDuro and The Big Texan! The colorful pictures grabbed my attention as I sorted through the available options. The location was perfect as well as the very reasonable price!
Upon arrival, we did have a little trouble with the front door but my 9 year old grandson figured out it just needed a little muscle and we were inside! The house was even prettier than the pictures and we were both excited!
We visited the Amarillo zoo and were 2 of only 5 people at the zoo! They had lions, a tiger, a baby camel, and a black bear high in a tree! I remembered Chanten, the zoo's only elephant, from my childhood but he was no longer there! It was only 50 years earlier!😭. We drove around Thompson Park and peeked through the fence at Wonderland! So many familiar rides were still there!
We chose a closeby Braum's for our first night of dining! Upon return to our house, we played Amarillopoly in the spacious dining room! Afterward, we snuggled in the comfy master bed!
The next day we ran by McDonalds for a quick breakfast, and 30 minutes later, we were in PaloDuro!
PaloDuro, as always, was gorgeous on my grandson's first hike up the Lighthouse trail! We shopped at both gift shops and ended the day watching the sunset at the visitors lookout!
As a native Amarilloan, I had to introduce my grandie to The Big Texan! He enjoyed seeing and feeling the squirting skunk in the shooting gallery! It was quite the attention getter as the passerby's also felt the random squirts and saw the skunk's booty pointing their way!
Yes, there were 2 hopeful free steak eaters on center stage at the Texan! The first slinked away with a bloated stomach but no prize! The second was still chomping when we left! The food was delicious as we requested and listened to Amarillo by Morning! How could I resist as an Amarillo native!
That night the temperature dipped to a balmy 8 degrees, but we were toasty as we snuggled once again in our comfy bed!
The next morning we packed our car and headed off to tour my childhood home and elementary school! We were both sad to leave our charming and warm Amarillo getaway! It was a perfect vacation and will definitely return!

Family Sleepover
We had a nice time while staying here. I was in town from Florida and wanted space to hang out with family and to cook them a nice meal. My dad was able to come over and he was able to see all of his grandkids in one place, made my entire Christmas ❤️. Mission accomplished. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The dark towels for make up removal were super cute, the furnishings were super modern. The home is very well decorated. I would recommend over a hotel for sure!
Thank you for the Christmas Blessing!
